“Although i personally didn’t come to this shop. Bryce was working in the cumbernauld shop and was actually the most helpful member of the team for not being based in that branch. The cumbernauld staff told me it was an issue with my sim and were extremely patronising when trying to sort the issue. The next member of staff told me it was my data and laughed in my face at the amount i use (not that it’s any of the guys business but i don’t think he knew the meaning of social life). When i went in today Bryce done all he could to help resurrect the issue. Exceptionally good at the customer service side of the role and so so helpful. Maybe the cumbernauld staff could take a tip or two.”

“A very good shop, a good layout and lots of space to move around and a decent town centre location. These stores can be hit or miss with the stock but usually can get some good stuff here. Only issue is, when it's busy it can take quite a while to get served at the till.”
