So glad I decided to stick with Arnold Clark when choosing a car. Nick is amazing!! He helped me every step of the way and even pushed for the finance company to get a wiggle on when they were dragging their feet. I absolutely love my new sparkly car and got an amazing deal thanks to Nick!! An absolute superstar, a huge asset to Arnold Clark! So helpful and super friendly! Thanks so much again Nick :)

Took the car in for a service, MOT and Timing Belt change. Received a call saying the car was ready to collect. My partner called in the morning before the school run since our village has been under roadworks and was told the timing work hadn't been done yet. Also had a list of advisories such as wiper blades, I challenged their assessment of them being "smeary" as they were changed for Bosch Aero Twin blades on the 12th Jan, there was no response to this.Upon collecting the car it had developed an Engine Fault that it didnt have prior to going into the garage. When we challenged this the service department staff member shrugged her shoulders and offered ZERO assistance so we asked to speak to a manager and he was little more help than the service worker. Due to the lack of any kind of customer care, we pushed back on what was being said to us. The garage agreed to inspect the car again the next day and subsequently identifed a glow plug issue. They agreed to wave the diagnostic fee and replace this part as a gesture of good will. However before I had even collected the car, Arnold Clarks wonderful Head Office contacted my partner to DICTATE that this matter is now resolved. Even though they still had our car, we hadn't even seen that the error had been rectified.I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment and if Arnold Clark even dare to reply to this comment after their treatment they should think again. You have no interest whatsoever in Customer satisfaction, your only aim is to sell as many cars as possible, not deliver excellence or anything else, all while trading off names like Vauxhall. In the last 2 years both our cars have been purchased from Arnold Clark, 1 funnily enough from this branch. You have lost 2 very disgruntled customers. It is my right as a consumer to ask questions, not to be treated with contempt.

Unfortunately my experience was not good this time.Work that should be carried out under warranty, previously notified to Arnold Clark (not wear related) was not dealt with. A follow up call confirmed that any work will not be covered by the warranty. The solutions suggested are not satisfactory, so the faults still remain unresolved. Add a long trip to service the car at an authorised dealer, and you will understand my disappointment.

Bought a car here recently. The salesman James McNairn couldn't have been more helpful. The day I collected my car was actually his day off but he still came in to make sure things went OK. Dedication indeed especially in these days. Top class service from start to finish.
