Well..Actually not well !1. We ordered kitchen 21.08 and been told that delivery will be in 3-4 weeks .2. After 5 weeks I called to customer service myself and ask where my order is - finally arranged delivery for ?24 th October !3. 24 th after few hours waiting I called to CS again and got know that nobody will come due to problem with driver . Re-arranged delivery for Sat .4. Sat - no breakfast bar arrived - nobody i formed me why . Also we discovered that carusel and corner flex hasn?t been added to order. One front of unit missing also .5. Called to CS again - I got know that breakfast bar is damaged - rearrange delivery for Tuesday.6. Tuesday- breakfast bar delivered and left ground floor - 3 m long and 90 cm wide - we are at 2 floor . After taken it finally to flat we discovered that it is exactly the same breakfast bar which hasn?t been delivered first time - as had smashed corner ( she told me it by phone ) !7. Husband called to CS again - he couldn?t speak as I made order so I had to be myself .8. Me called them 5 th time ! - got know that I need to go to store9. Went to store Sat morning - nobody works ! No manager ; no other workers at kitchen area..- call to CS 6 th time ..for nothing !10. Back to store again on Monday- negotiate with manager - I agreed to keep damaged breakfast bar but asked about corner flex and carusel. Sorted .11. No signal from Wickes about delivery for next whole week . Me called them again - 7 th time or even 8th .. I lost control .Arranged delivery .12. Waiting for delivery - nobody arrived at that moment - called to CS again ?13. Got know that address was wrong !!! And parcels have been delivered to my neighbours - someone signed - no name - nobody knows who sign.14. Neighbours confirmed that someone tried delivered but they refused as 3 big heavy packs . Nobody knows where my parcels are .15. Call to CS ?16. Finally got my order - wrong baskets ..17. I gave up that day ..Almost 4 months ..Never , ever order nothing from Wickes pls !!!

Where do I start? The kitchen design service is not available at the weekend due to lack of staff. Almost no staff in the sop and only one person seemed to know what they were doing. Some of the items bought were not in stock in the shop and had to be delivered. Items were initially delivered on time but most were damaged and had to be sent back. Delivery of the replacement units was then delayed several times due to errors at both Wickes and the delivery company they contracted. Absolute nightmare. Would not recommend.

Do not touch them with a barge pole. My 79 year old mum paid £24 k and has not had a working bathroom in months. (Kitchen, bathroom and downstairs loo). She comes to me twice a week just to shower and wash her hair. Installers are great, the blame lies with Wickes. This saga is now over four months.

Visited this evening with my young daughter. I?m not familiar with the layout of Wickes so, wanted to be fast as there is lots of dangerous items. I approached a lady working in an isle with dark hair. I Asked for her help to find a product. She didn?t even look at me. Just pointed and said ?round there? Okay then! ?

shop did not have the stock in store they said they had online and frankly the staff couldn't care less, will never consider shopping there again. NO stars wasn't an option.

super friendly staff lot of female what is great at least i feel welcome and representing... not like some old guy know better. Girls wery helpful and profesional. With pleasure I'll come back.

The store closed at 8 pm, I am arriving at 7:58pm, they would not let me in. And I did phone them before I came. The staff who is lady is very useless. I do need something for tonight. Very disappointed!

Absolutely devastating bought 14 packs of 9 tiles click and Collect assured all same batch code so arrived to collect after being told they don?t deliver!!! To have it wheeled out on a trolly ready so loaded up car now tiles are layed 2 boxes were different!!!!Pays to triple checks with these idiots

DO NOT ORDER A KITCHEN/BATHROOM FROM THIS STORE.As soon as they take the money that's when the customer service stops. You will never hear from your kitchen consultant again. We've been trying for four weeks to contact them to no avail and our kitchen it still unfinished with multiple missing items, panels and issues with installation. Our consultant has never contacted us in the 6 months since we ordered the kitchen.Even Wickes customer service cannot get in touch with them. Our experience with Wickes and this store in particular has been dreadful. They are absolutely hopeless, never pick up the phone and only talk to you if they sniff an upsell.

Really annoying, got here 10 minutes before closing and staff all locking up. I wouldn?t mind if they weren?t trying to tell me the time was 8 o?clock, when it patently was not.

Beware if you don't live on the ground floor your order will not be brought up the stairs. Apparently it's in the small print but it's not made obvious at all - now I've got a 40kg 2.4mx1.2m board stuck at the bottom of 3 flights of stairs!2 stars for low price and quick delivery.

What a shambles. Apparently too busy to prepare click & collect. After waiting 30mins for them to find my order there were items out of stock even though in stock when I ordered. Hadn?t been to wickes before - this was the first & last time
