First time at this chemist the woman serving wasn't friendly to anyone she served. No please thank you or goodbyes was shocked was bad customer service. She couldn't understand a woman who clearly said her sons name was Muhammed and had to spell it after 4 attempts

Don't value the time for customers.They think we should wait at least one hour for the medicine to be given. Even if it is common tablets they make us wait. If we ask whether we need to come back again to they will say no and make us to wait for a prolonged time. The behavior of all the staff is sameSuch a bad experience.

Going from bad to worse, staff are brutal do they get any training. Also no people skills, they have to remember, people are ill/ sick. Looking for help, well don?t come here.

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE! I would give zero stars if I could! I recently suffered an asthma attack on the 18th of October, my mother in law was kind enough to go into this pharmacy and get me and emergency inhaler (also on the same day hand in a prescription) the pharmacy told her the prescription would be ready to pick up in a week, I came back a week and half later and was told there was no prescription the doctors hadn?t reviewed it yet - I explained I had ran out of inhaler and struggling to breathe and was met with there?s nothing we can do as they had already given me a inhaler on emergency. The girl was young and had attitude looked fresh out of school and never taught manners most the staff look like they don?t want to be there. So I left and returned back this very day 3/11/2023 struggling to breathe with my 10 month old daughter, asking about my prescription BREATHLESS need to say, was told they had no received it yet as they only put in for the prescription on the 30/10/2023 when the repeat was handed in on the 18/10/2023 when I was suffering from an asthma attack to me that is medical neglect. I explained I am struggling and asked my they put it in late I was then replied to why you going through an inhaler a week rudely by a girl with black hair as if she was some sort of classmate! Rude and degrading service. Was told to go to a&e while struggling to breathe. And was made out to be the one in the wrong for their poor service. Will not use this pharmacy again clearly ran by half brain cells. Clearly breathing isn?t a number one priority at wells. Shocking service with inexperienced rude staff. Avoid at all costs if you suffer from asthma cause they would rather see you struggle than be prompt at putting in your prescription.

This pharmacy quite literally has one of the worse customer services, of any pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Just spoke to some girl who clearly couldn't be bothered talking with me or willing to help out with my mothers gazette medication box making a very easy situation impossible due to either her bad attitude or the bad attitude and policies of the chemist

I?ve had pretty bad service recently. There?s a specific medicine my son gets, and every time I ask this pharmacy if they have it in stock they say they don?t. Sometimes they?ll say they?ll order it in, then when I check at a later date they still say they have none in stock. Today my husband went in and asked for it. He saw two members of staff behind the counter discuss the medicine: one member of staff had a bottle of it in his hand and was telling the other member of staff that it?s the only bottle they have in stock. The second member of staff said ??they can?t have it?? then came to see my husband and told him that they didn?t have any in stock and gave him an alternative. So, she lied. I wonder how many times I?ve also been lied to. Why are we not allowed it because it?s the last one? Who are they keeping it for? Overall there seems to be an unwillingness to help.

The female pharmacist has no people skills and no manners , she looks so stressed and like she has no idea what she's doing , so many times mistakes with prescriptions has occured and never an apology .

I though i was one of the few who had terrible experience with this pharmacy but it seems to be general trend for this pharmacy, staffs are impolite, inefficient .Repeated prescription of antibiotic was not ready, antibiotic must be given in continuation to be effective. I had to go to GP again to issue the prescription to get it from other pharmacy. refused to give ibuprofen for reducing child fever after immunization, insisted on using paracetamol only while NHS clearly told to use when necessary

Mirroring other reviewers staff are unfriendly the body language is disgust, they really do not like the locals here I mean you do get some junkies here so I guess that's why.

I went in today as I had a very bad blister on my toe. The pharmacist, Marta Wojech was outstanding in her customer service. She helped me to contact my GP to get me seen as I had an infected toe. Thank you so much Marta for your help, definitely made my day ?.

I honestly don't know where to start! I went into the pharmacy to hand in a carrier bag full of unused medicines that my mum no longer needs as she's passed away. So, on doing the right thing I was actually greeted with a bad and unappreciative attitude from the shop assistant. Why? Because some of the medicines were still in their original boxes and she wouldn't take them!So I went back home removed all the boxes and returned to the pharmacy, waited again in a queue and this time she accepted the bag of medicines.I had to ask the shop assistant why she wouldn't take the medicines in their boxes? And her reply, "we don't have time to take medicines out of their boxes" !!!!ReallyyyyyyI will never go there again.
