It really is a hopeless pharmacy. Went in as received text to say prescription was ready was at the door 15 mins later. Lights on but locked up. No noticed or signs up to say opening hours or if closed over lunch/ about to open so no idea what?s going on all I know is I?ve come up after receiving a text while feeling extremely nauseous with morning sickness and it was closed. Just seems inept to me to send out messages to collect prescriptions if closed! A little communication goes a long way but this is just hopeless. Met another gentleman there for the exact same reason as me (had received a text). Do better by your community and either don?t send out texts telling folk to come in if you?re about to close or better yet put an opening hours sign up so people can know and plan for the future. Absolute shambles!! You?d think it was rocket science to get basic service here, total joke.

I don't know of a pharmacy where you have to wait longer for medicines. When ordering a medicine, ask the staff when the medicine will be available? They say that in the afternoon, in the afternoon it turns out that the medicine will be available in 3-4 days, lack of competence and communication, not for the first time. If I or my child are sick, I need medicine immediately or the next day, not after five days

Must be one of the worst chemist I have ever delt with they tell you to your face that you have no prescription left to pick up on a sat morning then later on texting you to say ur prescription is ready and the day before telling people to put in for your prescription 7days before you need it some medication you can?t do that as the law states you can only have so much of it

Customer care nor compassion does not exist, never meet such a uncaring pharmacist before, 2 visits to collect a house bound persons prescription, 1st visit (Monday)no pharmacist on premises, 2nd visit (Tuesday) was given recent new medication but not the much needed now overdue dosette box, phoned pharmacist and answer was can someone collect it, answer is no as someone has already been twice, pharmacist answer was it can get delivered on Thursday, or it can be collected by taxi at the housebound persons expense. So they are willing to give the prescription to a total stranger to deliver. It?s just such a shame that I had to give 1 *

Doctor sent a prescription for very strong painkillers to this chemist lunchtime yesterday. Went at 16:30 today and the strong but common drug was not in stock. Like a pub running out of whisky. Apparently it came as a surprise that it was a bank holiday in England yesterday. If the doctor gives you a choice to get the prescription yourself, take it. I will now have to spend the rest of the day and a sleepless night in severe pain. Thanks very much Well Pharmacy.

The pharmacy is closed all day (June 30th ) without warning due to lack of a pharmacist. Why is there no apology and explanation on this website? This creates great difficulties for some people.

Staff are like family and i always enjoy my time with them again like the G.P the stress they're under is immense so think twice before you start shouting at people who are trying their very best to help. They are all well trained and i'd be lost without them and the hard work and service that they supply, i'd like to thank all the staff for putting up with me for such a long time now, and again please remember they're doing the best they can so don't complain be patient always be kind and remember they're there to help and always do exactly that.
