Poor customer service! Even the manager is very impolite! Go inside the bank like you?re attending a funeral! All the staff no smile not welcome you come and helpless! Don?t waste time to banking with them , go to Bank of Scotland just opposite of them , you will feel different world, everyone very welcome you and smile and always want to help ! I had been banking with Tsb over 7 years but I had moved my bank to Bank of Scotland after many time of bad experiences!

Double check when you are depositing cash, machine doesn?t count accurately all the time, it happened twice it deposited less, you have to go ask them to check and and correct it. If you don?t report who knows what happens those extra moneys

Bad customer service!!At 16.30 I explained my issue (App ID check failed). They asked me to wait.15 minutes later a guy asked me if I have the ID, I said yes! He said that someone is coming..10 minutes later.. 2 blonde woman ( I suppose cashiers) speaking behind the desk and looking at the watch.Then a man apologized and told me to come tomorrow because they were closing...What a branch.I'm thinking to close the account with TSB. I Have another with bank of Scotland.. nice app, nice customer service.Cameron Toll is the worst branch that I've ever seen. I left very disappointed

Toni. Toni, Toni, Toni! She was so helpful, kind and supportive. I had just arrived in Scotland and was rushing around trying to get everything done. Toni calmly, and kindly listened to my requests, talked me through what TSB has to offer and made me feel much better about choosing them as a bank. It's obvious that they were understaffed, but Toni coped amazingly with the line up of people, made them feel welcomed and heard. Thanks Toni! Ill be coming back to you when I need an in-person branch visit.

My wife went in on Friday 291121 and basically was sent away with her enquiry.Went to musselburgh branch 291121 saw Kate who done the work very very well.Poor show Cameron toll

The worst tsb Bank is the Cameron toll branch always a long wait compared to other tsb Banks. But it the closest one to me
