If I could give the branch 0 stars I would.Totally unprofessional advisor. Booked an appointment, lady called Julie was totally unprepared.She did not follow the protocol, was rude and condescending. She asked me what was nature of my problem, she was stopping me halfway way through saying that this is not the issue that she will be dealing with. The appointment has been booked by one of the higher up departments of TSB. Julie did not even check the notes before being dismissive.She was rude and had zero customer service skills. She was making unappropriated comments what made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

Nice staff for a chatter but incompetent. I planned my visit to tsb as it takes really long to get there due to the road works. I asked for a specific money transfer with a reference. Everything seem to be good at the counter but once I returned home and checked my online account they obviously forgot (or ignored my enquiry) and I didn't get what I asked for. So upsetting. My visit and time was for nothing. I definitely prefer Hannover branch, the staff there don't ask private questions by the counter, they are nice but focused and professional. I can not say it about Leitwalk branch.

My fiancé tried to add me to his account multiple times without success. TSB kept telling us they needed certain requisites for my proof of address, then we'd show up with what they asked for and it was never good enough. They did this to us over and over for weeks while failing to come across as apolgetic or reassuring. The final straw was rejecting a letter of recommendation because my middle name wasn't included--they claimed everyone in the UK knows 'full name' means first, middle, and last, though the person who wrote the letter clearly didn't know that and neither did my fiancé. The last woman who turned us down seemed displeased to see us again, and I could tell things weren't going well before she even took a look at the proof of address documents, as she had a cold and unfriendly demeanor from the get-go. I got into it a bit with her when she turned us down again and asked if she was anti-foreigner or anti-American, at which point we were told my fiancé's account would be closed and were asked to leave.

Been with the bank for almost 10 years, there's been ups and downs however recently found staff to be super helpful. What initially came up as an banking app error, was quickly and easily resolved by Julie and customer assistant at the Leith Branch! Thanks again!

I've been with this bank for more than 20 years and can safely say that every year it gets worse? the staff are rude at best and aggressive at worst!To the point on telling you when and at what time they would prefer to give you your OWN MONEY AT!!!!!! YES SERIOUSLYAND WHEN YOU COME IN AFTER THAT TIME THEY PROCEED TO HARRASS YOU FOR NOT COMING BEFORE HANDIT'S UTTERLY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FOR A 50 SOMETHING YEAR OLD WOMAN.

servicing this bank is not good at all and withdrawing my money and they made me a racketeer I think I need to change this bank to transfer elsewherefor 2000 pounds, but they made a reference to me with rockets for an hour and a half
