TSB has millions of my money of which l am informed by an unmonitored account, my money is in the Bank of Africa. Nigeria. Sick l cannot not travel and none of the numbers l have are working or answered The branches they have in the United States are closed Bonnie Kilroy, gave no direct contact information. The investigation of this Bank for 2 years will address the ILLEGATIES. This will do nothing to get my funds stolen from me. If anyone can give me an updated number for BANK, thank you. Needless to say l am very upset about this. The Authorities have Their objectives, my objective is to get my moneyoobjectthis year, my object is to get my money out of these crooks, and the organizations help them, trying to stop others from being abused by TSB Bank. They do not give you a negative star option so I leave the least star one is required, to let all know this bank is infinitely awful.infinitely negative.

It?s time to move my account to a better bank. I?m looking for a bank that either answers the phone with a human being or has a sophisticated voice recognition system to get me efficiently to speak to someone. I would also like a bank which has a phone number for its head office so that I can call if I need to. And someone in Head office who will reply to a letter once sent. Oh, and an email address would be nice. It?s 2023 after all!

This is the worst bank account I've ever had. TSB froze all of my funds and savings after a default judgement made in my absence, without anybody ever notifying me about it. No letters, no texts, nothing. So here's a cute life hack for evil or bored people: you are able to go to small claims court and provide the wrong address for somebody. After the post does not reach this person (because that's not their address) you can say whatever you want in front of a judge because the defendant will not even know about it. You will have something called a default judgement, which means that the court believes everything you say since the other person did not attend the hearing. Now you can have the courts and enforcement officers find your victim's real address and banking info through council tax information, and hound them with the support of your automatic judgement. The process for the victim to begin reversing an automatic judgement will take months, finding who to contact (and which phone lines to wait on hold for hours), what forms to submit, and months of mail strikes and failures of bureaucracy. After all of this, the way that I find out that I have been a victim of this was: without a single word from TSB, one morning not having enough funds for a bus ticket because TSB has suddenly removed all of my money.In addition to several branches namely Brighton and Central London being visibly sexist, racist, and other similar unprofessional and degrading styles of behavior.

Went to the branch to open a business account, I was told that the bank doesn?t take applicants who walk in so have to apply online, I applied online only waste my time as I was logged out of the application and since I am unable to receive a OTP from Their systems. I called to speak to business team who told me that he can?t help me over the phone. Best he advised was to apply again. Absolute shambles of a service, no meaning of customer service and absolute unhelpful. Avoid

Temporally block account for ( security)After waiting over an hour getting to correct department & having answered the same questions to around four Nationalities I was told they would cancel my card & would receive a new one within two weeks. I said I would deal with problem myself.My nearest TSB Bank is 35 mls away.Having been a customer for over 40yrsI'll now change banks

Had a tax refund from HMRC and they froze the account due to a "suspicious payment"! Sorry but HMRC don't mess around and are now representing me at court with them!Apparently its a money making con, holding your money to make more money on investments for them.

For a bank there not the brightest!! Need to train staff properly but suppose if you pay peanuts & you get monkey's!!! 8 weeks to investigate a complaint!! Avoid if you actually need the funds in your account

Rory from the openings team will leave the telephone call suddenly, leaving you waiting indefinitely so you will go away.Opening a bank account with them is taking over 4months and still counting.With no solution over a problem they can't spot, and a team who does not want to help, answer or reply to any of the customer's queries.I know TSB will not care about this review; but I truly hope any potential business customers can think twice before applying.How much do you value your time?

They cancelled my debit card and forgot to send me a replcement. After 4 weeks I still not used the card and had to cancell my holiday, the most unprofessional bank Iv'e had. the misfortune to bank with, a total disgrace.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Failed to pay a standing order despite funds being available, then charged me for that privilege!!! Contact customer services & they just try to fob me off. Left them years ago because of terrible service but gave them another chance after hearing they?d cleaned up their act?.not at all!!! Avoid!!

I can't believe why they have closed so many branches are they aware the from November 2021 people will no longer be able to use the post office for collection of state benefits surely they could have waited until after the transaction date to see how many branches would have been needed
