Good straightforward menu, not much in the way of vegetables, but I understand that's because most people don't eat much in the way of vegetables. Service was great. Just demolished the best Sunday Roast Beef Lunch I’ve enjoyed in years! Plate cleared. Just to make sure, also checked the sticky toffee pudding for star quality. No disappointment there! And the staff are superb. Thank you for another delightful visit.

We had the fish sandwich, the steak sandwich and the fantastic onion rings. The food was good, but the service from Christopher was great.
We are an informal friendly traditional pub in Canonmills Edinburgh, near the Botanical Gardens East Gate. We offer a wide selection of wines, beers, gins and whisky. Our menu is varied and changes seasonally, all food is freshly made to order. Known for our Haggis fritters, Legendary Steak pie, Fish and Chips as well as our homemade selection of desserts - plus our Childrens Menu for our younger guests.
