If you keep an eye on your stuff it?s helpful but they ?stole? my tools and components when I forgot to pick them up after paying. They couldn?t have cared less and wouldn?t even let me look for them.

The best bike shop in Edinburgh! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they will recommend several bike options depending on your requirements and budget. You can try and ride the bikes outside near the shop before you buy the one that suits you best! Bikes are reasonably priced and each bike was professionally restored, went through proper checks and care and every bike has its own character. It was an easy purchase for me. Would recommend this bike shop to everyone!Thank you Graham for your advice and recommendations!

Great Bike shop,I was helping my friend pick up a bike today, after we found something interesting we asked if we could swap a seatpost and a stem. The Staff helped us out no problem and no extra charge. Great value for money bikes, that can be tweaked to your needs, and absolutely brilliant service! Thank you very much guys, I'm sure my friend will be happy with her 'new' bike for a very long time!

I dropped in for the fix your own bike sessions when giving my bike a bit of an overhaul recently. It's such a great space to use and the staff/volunteers couldn't have been more friendly/helpful.They were more than happy to assist me working through each job and also passed on great advice/tips. It's brilliant that you get access to their tools too as I certainly need a few that otherwise would have been expensive to buy.Finally I think it's great value and I can't recommend the service highly enough.

The best place to repair bicycles in Edinburgh, variety of new and second-hand components, you can fix your bicycles by renting the workshop and its tools and the workers are very nice, they always help you with a smile. I recommend this place to everyone.

I honestly couldn?t recommend them more! These days in Edinburgh most bike shops are busy and would rather charge you £30 for a new part than spend their time to fix yours for less. In all my years living in Edinburgh, none have felt so welcoming; like they honestly want to give you their time to help solve your problems and save you money.I came in here to ask for advice on my bike during the ?fix your own bike hours? and they gave me hours of their time and expertise to get my bike into the best shape it?s ever been. Replaced both my wheel bearings, setup my brakes, tried my wheels, and cached my gears for only £19 not to mention the value of the advice they gave me.This was a heartwarming experience and I think I?ll only recommend people go here to get their bike sorted from now on. Everyone else pales in comparison to their outstanding customer service! Thank you!

I've used the Bike station before and always been happy with the service but today was above and beyond. I noticed a puncture as I set off for work, so pushed my bike to the Bike Station, but it was closed. It was Monday morning and I saw on the sign that the shop didn't open until Wednesday. A member of staff from another branch happened to be there dropping off some bikes and asked if I was ok. When I explained about the puncture, he opened up the shop and replaced the inner tube and tyre for me and also oiled some parts of the bike that needed done, all whilst waiting. I can't thank Mark enough for offering to help on his day off, what an amazing service! Lynsey
