I honestly do not understand the logic of selecting to pick up at the nearest Post Office only for my parcel to be scheduled for delivery at 7:45PM when the office is already closed.Surely, they would know the closing time of the Post Office, still they insisted, and of course, it will be pending again.This is a premium delivery, and we pay for this because this is urgent, only to be served like this which is such a waste of time and money.I don't get the poor planning here, Royal Mail honestly.

The hours are WRONG they are not open 4pm until 7pm at all. I have just cycled down in the rain after work because Google said it was open and it absolutely was not.After trying to redeliver my package 6 times I kept trying to select to collect from depot or from the closest office and it kept coming up error. Eventually it said my special delivery item was at the depot for collection so I check Google it says its open 4pm to 7pm. Which it didn't a month ago so what is going on here?Terrible postal experience, thanks.

Completely Useless, Next day delivery paid for 4 or 5 times then it turns up a week or 2 later. They should be jailed not posting our mail, idiots. -0 Stars ??

The Postal depot continues to mislead the public on the internet and has had over a week to update their new opening times. As from 10th July the parcel collection and enquiries is open Mon-Fri 07.00 to 10.00am and 08.00 to 12.00. Had I known I could have been at 07.00 after night-shift. At 12.30 the day afterwards the scene is all too obvious. Rubbish service. What a waste of time.

Lately they are not even trying to deliver my parcel... Always mark it as "unable to deliver" and return it back. That plus the combination with their opening hours results in the perfect royal mail experience.

I have lost two parcels in one month due to the postman leaving my parcels outside at main door or just in entrance this is ridiculous , Also these said parcels have allegedly been signed for but no one including me hasn?t signed for these in my building. I have already been to the depo to claim for my loses and the manager who was useless didn?t help me at all. Warning to all don?t use royal mail for delivery.

Why even bother?Firstly the parcel would have fitted through the door, but postman decided that a card with ?other? reason for not delivering is better.Ok, fine! I check for the opening times on here and website, rush to get here within those narrow windows of opening time, just to arrive to shut door!Why do we even bother with royal mail? Every other service is capable of delivering but the Royal Mail. Joke!

Really inconvenient opening hours for anyone working normal hours. Our weekend postie fails to try neighbours or leave in a safe place if buzzer not answered so just returns to delivery office without so much as posting a slip.

So helpful; opening hours have changed but the website hasn?t been updated so the office has stayed open, thankfully!I have always found staff here to be very patient and amenable. It can be quite busy at times. The opening hours will be dictated by management and I?m sure everyone working here will have a number of jobs to do during their shift. It?s a shame to see some poor reviews on here but they seem to relate to the wider service than this particular office.
