Last month, this post office lost a parcel (tracking shows it arrived here)?and there is nothing I can do. Last week they "attempted" a delivery of a second parcel without knocking and they seem to have given up on the idea of a second attempt. They are just holding the second parcel hostage.

Arranged for parcel to be delivered to local post office, 1st card said going to redeliver next day. Next day card said sorry can't leave in post office, why advertise this? Very poor service

Waited in for a parcel and i get a notification saying that the parcel couldnt be delivered because there was no answer and the depot is only open for the grand total of 2 hours on a Saturday

Heard some letters drop through the door but no knock. Went to see what was there and instead of my parcel found a note saying it was on its way back to the post office. Both myself and my neighbour are in, not even an attempt to give it to either of us.

Royal Mail has no committement towards their customer and provide zero support when ringed on their helpline numbers. Absolute waste of my time and energy. That too for a special service

What's the point of this service. Opening/closing times are wrong, location is horrendous and there is NO signage. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

If not in, package is always returned to sorting office for collection rather than simply leaving with a neighbour requiring an unnecessary journey to collect

Live in a small flat, 10:45 hadn?t left the flat yet, card through the door, missed a delivery. Must have chapped the door with a feather duster.The opening hours are totally useless for anyone who works normal hours. You?ve basically got a 2 hour window on a Saturday morning - stuffed if you?ve plans at the weekend.If you refuse to actually deliver peoples parcel (by leaving in a safe place / doorstep / neighbour) the least you can do is make collecting it easy. Staff the office 7am - 7pm.

I have never had a bad experience here, as long as you are aware of opening hours and the inconvenience of driving there for your parcel. But dont see why so many bad reviews?

What is up with these hours!? Surely UK's primary postal service can afford to hire 1-2 people to staff the pick up office at NORMAL hours. Whose management idea was it to pick these hours? Thinking about making a formal complaint to request these be changed. Ridiculous.

My young grandson and I were struggling to get my husband in his wheelchair up Coates Gardens, near Haymarket Station due to the pavement being deep with snow when one of your postmen helped by taking my husband up the street. A very BIG thank you, without his help we would have been very late for my husbands appointment
