My package was attempted delivery but I was home and nobody even knocked my door, now it?s ?pending? on the Royal Mail website and my dress for my mums wedding is missing!! Been a week since this ?attempted? delivery and nothing.

Delivery ?attempts? are a joke. Will take the time to fill out a card, but don?t knock or ring even though we are home. How about dropping at my convenient local post office and not the, ?only open two hours a day?, delivery office? Who at Royal Mail actually believes that these are convenient service hours?

Easily the worst parcel delivery service. Parcels go missing, get delivered to the wrong address and sometimes don?t even attempt delivery when they say they have. They?ve cut opening times to 2 hours 8-10am so if you work you?ve got no chance of picking it up yourself if in a hurry for it. I called today to ask where my signed for package was wrongly delivered to as it wasn?t delivered to me and the helpline said it would take over 60 mins to get an advisor on the line. Awful service.

I have lost two parcels in one month due to the postman leaving my parcels outside at main door or just in entrance this is ridiculous , Also these said parcels have allegedly been signed for but no one including me has signed for these in my building. I have already been to the depo to claim for my loses and the manager who was useless didn?t help me at all. Warning to all don?t use royal mail for delivery.

Royal Mail as a company are useless and do not at all care about the customers - only paying their generally lazy staff. Opening hours are just a massive middle finger to the British Public.

What an absolutely useless service. Got a tracked parcel delivered and just missed being in for it. They dropped a card through the door but there's no reference on it to arrange a redelivery and the office opening hours are completely ridiculous. How is anyone with a job supposed to pick up a parcel without taking time off to do so?
