Totally erratic opening times! 20 minute walk within stated open hours and just told it?s not open/opens in half an hour. Twice because someone was away to the cash and carry and today because the shop was busy with school kids. If you run a service like this you have to make the opening hours clear, it?s just not good enough

Popped in a few random times to grab basics and do some Amazon returns. Always quick and easy to do returns, been served by really friendly staff. Would love if they did some fruit and veg, but I guess that's cause there's the Co-op so close by. Definitely going back again

The opening times are erratic it all depends who is working. If you get the owner it is fine but if you get an incompetent staff member then you will be lucky to be able to use any of the post office services

Every time I go in here the post office is closed but the shop is open. They keep the hours they feel like not the hours they advertise. No sign up, nothing, just a rude staff member pointing to a clock and telling me it's not open.

Went to bring in packages and one was apparently too big even tough it could for through the red letter boxes this has happened multiple times

Went in just after opening on Sun 19/7 to use the post office and was told that they don't open that part until 9am, fair enough. When I returned at 9am I was told that the guy wasn't coming. Time wasters!
