40 mins to post 1 letter I understand it?s a busy time of year but this is ridiculous. 1 person on the kiosk with a queue of 15 people seemed clueless. When a second person finally opened a second counter (about 35 mins in) she kept being called away to help the other one. This is the closest post office to where I live but safe to say I won?t be returning

Went in today and the blonde woman at the counter was not being very helpful. Was simply asking if they had a box big enough to fit our package and we just got laughed at then passed over to someone else. I then tried to send a package off n the women kept being snarky and laughing. Left feeling stupid

Three counters open today at 1.30pm abs no queues. One great service they provide for free is accepting cash pay-ins to our private back accounts. This is a fast service and saves me a long trek to my last bank branch open in town. Five stars from me today.

I was there to pick up my parcel, and came across a very rude staff. First of all, it was my responsibility to make sure i have used the name on my official documents when I order online, which I mistakenly used the name that my friends usually call me,which is not on my ID, but with same surname. This lady at the counter was very friendly to ask for my ID and she spot the issue and asked another guy for advise, this guy told me he had to check the ID and make sure the names are the same, I totally understand and told him the receiver?s name is not on my ID, in a very calm and polite manner, this guy then started to raise his voice and told me they can?t just give out the parcel this way, he then asked if the address on the parcel is the same as the one on my ID, I said yes, I can show you, and then he raised his voice again and told me he don?t want to see it. I was like??.you don?t have to raise your voice to talk to your customers, and if you don?t want to check then why you ask the question? I was being polite and calm even you were being rude, I know it is you job to make sure the parcel was received by the right person, and if you don?t let me collect the parcel, it?s totally fine, I can just sort it out with the sender. He then told the lady to check if the address appeared on the parcel and my ID was the same.I totally understand it?s the busiest time of the year, the staff may get a little tired, but it doesn?t mean you can raise your voice to talk to you customer.

Make sure you know the service you require before going, otherwise you?ll be sold the most expensive regardless of need. After multiple instances of this, I made a formal online complaint to the Post Office, who advised that POs are now entitled to maximise revenue (over public service).

The owner is a horrible man. I stopped going to his previous post office in brutsfield. Didn't realise he owned this one until he poked his slimey face out from the back and started shouting at someone. He hates pre paid parcels so I'll be making sure to take all my pre paid things there and will never buy a single thing. The woman behind the counter is very nice though!

Not sure if they have done a big overhaul of their staff and other reviews are outdated or if i was just their at the right time, but the two staff members working there this morning were very friendly and helpful.

So rude & unhelpful. I didn?t know that they no longer take coins unless in full bags (which I have deposited at other post offices with zero issues many times) and the guy was super impatient and snappy with me for no reason. I was initially told the coins should be in bags but not told that they should be full, so I went away and counted and sorted them all, then had to queue again and was treated so rudely for the unfilled bags no reason. Eventually the guy just shoved my money back at me and blamed me for another customer leaving. It was too late by then to go to the bank - could have saved everyone a lot of trouble if I was recommended to go to the bank in the first place. Won?t be going back.

Compared to other post offices, this post office does not have helpful staff. They are polite but not helpful. They wanted me to use a debit card although they are able to accept credit card to buy stamps and card. They td me they do t accept credit cards.Another time when I went they are not keen on accepting old notes that were still in circulation but are due to expire on 6 months. As they refused I went to a neighbouring post office that were able to accept. They also dont open at the time they advertise. They are often half hour late. The main post master doesn't alway attend, "he pops in "

Had to raise a complaint after my child was missold an unnecessary upgrade. Got a full refund. Work out what you need before visiting and be insistent.
