The staff were kind, respectful and knowledgeable (ask for Zoe). The store was well maintained and easy to navigate. The selection of items and price ranges were not as varied or vast as some stores, but were enough for my taste and budget. I plan on coming back for several items I found in store once I?m closer to my due date!

We are so impressed with our experience today. Susan was incredible! We are due in October , first baby and let's just say we were totally clueless when we arrived. Susan spent 2 hours with us and was so patient with lots and lots of first time parent questions! She was not pushy in the slightest and was not trying to sell us all the top of the range items. She gave us he'd genuine expert opinion on what products she thought were best and why. We had not booked the personal shopper experience in advance but she was so accommodating :) we only had to pay 10 % on our purchases today which allow us to get the discounts they were on this weekend . Got a delivery date booked and feeling so much more organised!

We?ve been to the Fort Kinnaird?s Mamas and Papas twice over the past couple of months and the staff couldn?t have been nicer on both occasions. It was quite busy the first Saturday we went but Melissa spent lots of time with us showing us the different travel system options and car seats. She knew them inside out and was happy to answer any questions and didn?t make us feel rushed at all with plenty of demonstrations. Having read some of the reviews here I wasn?t hoping for much but the service was spectacular. We went back today to find out more about the deposit and ordering process and Zoe was great at taking the time to talk it through for us and place our order. We?re so excited to have the pram picked and ordered and the team and Mamas and Papas made the whole experience very exciting for a first time Mum who didn?t have a clue what she was doing!!

Terrible customer service. Asked for advice, some help. The lady didn?t seem like she wants to help. She basically told us to go to the other store because they have cheaper prams (do I look like a homeless person or what?)Finally she showed us one pram, she wasn?t happy that she needs to do her job. Then she left us alone - I saw her talking with other store worker. They absolutely don?t care about customers.

Went last Sunday waited ...booked next available advisor slot went had coffee came back. Ignored by advisor still with original customer. Does being old and gray make you invisible?. Went to John Lewis superb service. Did not get exactly what I wanted but with adjustments it will be. The young new assistant was the only good part of that visit.

Very stressful experience. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed. Wound not recommend it.Our newborn has already arrived. We have the Moses basket but still no rocking stand, the delivery of which has been postponed again (with possibility of further delay)! We asked about the rocking stand on display in store. They said it is gone. However, we were told very clearly in store that we could not purchase the rocking stand on display because there is option to order it online. So why did the staff decide to sell it to someone else instead of me? Was it a discrimination?That is the only type of rocking stand that works with this Moses basket. We asked if we can exchange for a different Moses basket or get refunded, and was told that on display items cannot be exchanged or refunded. However we were NEVER told about this important message in store when we purchased the Moses basket! Otherwise I wouldn?t go for it and take the risk.In summary, we have a Moses basket which we cannot exchange or refund. Nobody knows when the rocking stand may arrive.

I ordered my nursery furniture from Mamas & Papas back in September 2020 for delivery early Jan 2021 (baby due 1 month after expected furniture delivery).With 1 week to go until expected delivery of the furniture, Mamas & Papas sent an email to say that the delivery was delayed by 5 weeks taking it beyond my due date. I tried for hours to get through on the phone to customer services and eventually gave up and sent an email. In the email I stated my disappointment and due date and asked if there was anything that they could do. I had also found the same furniture available for earlier delivery elsewhere (and cheaper!!) and had considered ordering from them instead. Email response took 5 days and they committed to bringing the delivery date forward by 11 days (just before my due date). Another week before the expected delivery date, another delay to the furniture. Not only that, they will not give an expected delivery date and think that it is acceptable to say thay they will deliver at some point from the 15th Feb....I have now had my baby and thanks to Mamas & Papas do not have a nursery. If they had been honest about deliveries and not committed to bringing delivery dates forward, I would have gone elsewhere and had my nursery furniture by now and £200 cheaper!No sign of the furniture coming any time soon, Mamas & Papas have refused to price match against the other furniture I found, and no sign of any compensation (or any real understanding or empathy from Mamas & Papas) for the stress that I have gone through whilst heavily pregnant and now with a newborn.

Ordered furniture and other baby stuff for our baby's nursery in store in July, the member of staff advised us that the available date for all of our items to be delivered together would be the 12th October. It got to the 12th October and nothing appeared, no call or text to say when it was coming so I waited in all day for no reason. I spoke to the customer service team and they advised that they had ran out of the furniture I ordered and I couldn't get it delivered until 29th October, 1 day after my baby was due - not ideal! We received the furniture (which was the most expensive in the shop and it was damaged, it had stains, parts were broken, parts were missing - it was an absolute nightmare!! The pram also came all scratched. After a lot of waiting on hold, going back and forward mamas and papas offered us £200 on a gift card as compensation and replaced the broken parts. £200 out of the £4000 wasn't great but it's all we could get. Overall really put off using mamas and papas. For being such a well known high end company, I would never of expected this service from them. It was a horrible, stressful process which I didn't need being 9 months pregnant.

Came into look at prams. There was only one other couple in the shop; staff outnumbering the customers significantly. Waited 10 minutes and were not even acknowledged by anyone. I then asked for assistance and was greeted by a staff member who had absolutely zero product knowledge on any of the prams we looked at. We not only had to tell her what came with each pram from other consultations at other shops but also even had to instructor her how to put on a carrycot, as she was in danger of breaking the product. Eventually she asked for support from a colleague, who was equally clueless. Hence, we spent our cash elsewhere. Useless product knowledge and customer service

Nice selection of stock but prices are extreme. Was annoyed on spotting bodysuit in the sale on Friday to return to purchase them on Saturday and find that despite their still being in the sale section they'd been put back up to full price - very sly, when i pointed this out to staff that having it in the sale selection was very misleading the assistant just shrugged and said that's just where it is. 3 staff members on floor and none approaching customers or offering assistance- just milling around till point, not what you'd expect from a store that feels £19 is reasonable for 2 baby bodysuits. I am very doubtful I'd shop here again.
