Haven't been in the store for some time but used to be a regular and no prior problems with staff. Wanted something specific which it turned out was available online. Store assistant (male, dark hair, glasses) rudely dismissed me when I asked about the product. Not used to being treated like a nuisance when asking a straightforward question to an employee. Unlikely to be back given the experience.

I love all the Majestic stores, but a special mention to the Leith store. The same great value, easy delivery service and mesmerising choice - with samples, you get in any of their branches. But during a chat about non-alcoholic beers and wines, I mentioned I?d bought a non alcoholic wine from an alternative branch that was less than lovely. James in Leith apologised on behalf of the other store, gave a refund (without me asking for one) and suggested alternatives and good delivery options.Great customer service. ????
