Beware of this store. Yesterday I brought 7 items to the register, was charged 8 and received only 6. Unfortunately I did not realized this until late at night that I was back at my hotel. Make sure you match your items with your receipt before you leave the store.

Terribly slow service, cued for around 25 minutes to pay. One person on the tills then about 20 staff on the floor chatting to each other. Service matches the quality of their clothes, POOR!

I'm sure when youanre searching for some trending and branded cloth H\\u0026M is best for budget.\\nYou get vast collection of simple to fancy wear and important men women and kids section are on 3 different floor and has Billing counter on all three. With working eclators, more over the collection keeps Changing to every trends. I personally love buying dresses and pretend jewellery, they have currently amazing summer pink themed collection.\\nI will post a pic of pink dress I got from H\\u0026M, it's so well fitted.

Great ladies and mens wear. Bought some clothing. Reasonable price. Clean. Friendly service. Located on High Street with easy access to transportation.

Worst place and experience, store closes at 8 pm, Mens and kids fitting rooms close by 6:30 and only women's section is open till 7 pm. No proper customer service, lifts in store for elderly and disabled doesn't work, no one to help them to get up or get down the few steps stairs. Found staff very rude.

Usual high street store. The men?s section is in the basement, while the home section is on the top floor with the kids?, with the ladies? clothing in between.

Can get busy as it the centre of Edinburgh but the staff where helpful and they have a wide range.
