I have nothing but praise for GRM Bodycraft. Their location is on Edinburgh's eastern boundary, while I live close to the western boundary, with no direct bus routes between the two, so they both collected my car and returned it to me when the repair was completed. In between, once work was underway, I received updates of their progress every couple of days as well as an estimated completion date. They returned my car 4 days earlier than that. I can't in any way fault either their communication with me or the repair itself. There is no sign at all of the car having undergone a repair - all just like new.

Excellent experience, car returned back to me as brand new!! Customer service was a delight and regular updates every couple of days, would highly recommend 10/10!!

The repairs took over 2 months but mainly due to parts being on back order so not really the fault of the repairer. That said, most of the reviews seem to suggest this. They also couldn?t provide a courtesy car so had to get a hire car though insurance company. Their communication was excellent with lots of texts and phone calls to update on progress. The repairs seem to be carried out as expected.

We recently used GRM through our insurance and have had a positive experience. The car was picked up and dropped off with a courtesy car to keep us going while our car was being fixed! For myself being able to contact the company on socials has made it a much easier experience and Alannis helped us get the answers we needed! ?? Thanks to the guys at GRM.

My mum was involved in an accident recently that left her feeling very stressed, the employees at GRM have been very helpful, taken into consideration the circumstances and sped up the process, she has received a courtesy car within no time at all and made everything as stress free as possible for her!
