Be prepared to wait a while to be seen to, or to have your phone sent off for repair. They'll obviously be inquisitive on your home broadband, mobile phone and network provider in prep for the sales pitch.

EE staff at this store are very friendly. Just to note that EE doesn't not provide visual voicemail for android devices. Go to O2 if you want that option as it is the only mobile operator in the UK which provides this facility. EE can easily provide this but won't do it as the recent stance from EE is that they provide all extras from Apple (Apple music, Apple TV and Apple arcade) as this stifles the competition in digital space (no Spotify, no Google music, no Amazon music, no Google play pass, no audible etc as EE extras if you are on the expensive pay monthly tier). EE provides extras like office365 and Microsoft game pass only but not equivalent of what Sony playstation has rolled out. 5G is such a hype I won't trust any mobile operator on that as it has not completely rolled out yet. Most of the time you end up on 4G. If you are like me working in a building with no mobile signal and limited WiFi availability then it seems a waste of extra ££ mobile operators are charging.

Took my mum to this store recently to get a new phone after sub par service from Three. My mum was very anxious as she's not tech savvy, but BEN put her at ease immediately. He provided knowledgeable recommendations (iPhone SE 2022 as my mum was used to having a button on her iPhone 7 and she was anxious about losing it), a plan fit for purpose and at a price that was less than she was paying on her current contract. We can't speak highly enough of Ben who was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and kind from start to finish. Give that man a promotion! Thanks again.
