Excellent service from the store manager. We have moved back to Scotland after being away for 2 years. He sorted us out with a contract and coverage as our old EE Sims were still active. Will visit again when we need to upgrade our phones.

I had top notch service today from Lazaros at St James Quarter, he was so helpful and efficient and I was really looking forward to joining EE but unfortunately getting out of my Vodafone contract ended up being more complicated than I had anticipated. Rest assured once I am done with Vodafone I will be back to complete the transaction, thank you Lazaros for your time today, my first impression of EE was vey positive

Shocking customer service. I took my phone in for a cracked screen repair and was told the repair would take 4 hours. I returned after 4 hours and was informed that they couldn?t change the screen and my whole handset needed changed. Nobody had bothered to call me even though I?d left a number to be contacted on and I had been sat in the st James centre with my 10 week old baby and dog while I waited for the repair to complete. I also thought it was a little strange that the whole handset needed changed as the crack was only in the corner of the screen and it was tiny. I was then also informed the handset would take a week to arrive but they wouldn?t supply me with a loan phone for the week. At this point I asked for my phone back and was informed they didn?t know how long it would take to get my phone back as it was in pieces so I had to wait again. After finally getting my phone back, I went straight to Apple who changed my screen within 2 hours. They couldn?t understand why EE had made me wipe my entire phone or why they had said I needed a new handset because the screen change was incredibly simple. Avoid like the plague.

I broke my phone screen and so took it here for repair. Price was very reasonable compared to elsewhere. The repair only took a couple hours and I was able to collect my phone later on the same day. The staff were so friendly and helpful too! Definitely recommend.

Very poor customer service. They give fake promises to customers and collect advance amount for phones and they put customers 45 day waiting period after that period they will change all the quotations and ask for a higher price. They should be genuine for customers from the beginning otherwise u wasting valuable time, effort, money... Of the customers. I think they do such cheap thinks to achive the sales target... But its very cheap to a reputed organization like EE.

For phone repairs please go somewhere else, on phone they are all simple and straightforward to get you in then entirely the opposite when your there, then the price doubles because they want to service the phone and check it over before they replace a cracked screen! And off course that comes with a additional charge! You've been warned! I was quoted £100.00 to replace a screen but they soon changed that when I got into shop! I got the screen replaced and phone checked over for £125 else where! They wanted over £200 when I went into shop! Good luck

Took my phone there with a broken screen. They took £100 payment in advance. Kept my mobile for two weeks with sporadic updates about it being checked or repaired. After 4 visits to the store to ask where my phone is they eventually returned it but not fixed. Not only that but now I can't even turn it on. They said it wasn't repaired at all despite txt updates stating differently and offered no explanation why. I got my £100 back and a broken phone after 2 weeks of waiting. Avoid them at all cost. They are simple scammers and liars. Unbelievable for a company of that size and reputation.

If you have a warranty repair from Google avoid this place they will just look for issues that aren't related in anyway and a way out from doing the warranty work. A tiny mark on the phone which is obviously from normal wear and tear having been in a case is not related in anyway to charging port issues. Of course made out that it was due to their terms with Google for repairs.. absolute nonsense just an excuse not to do it. Never ever going Google again not will I touch EE now. And as for the manager just taking over and being a but clueless bodes well.

Only one person available to serve customers. Another had to go to hospital. Waited an hour to be served just to find out that they only rent you a phone and it's never yours. You have to upgrade and hand the old one back. You can't buy one outright either. Less than ideal.

The walk in repair is a waste of time. They wouldn't fix my Google pixels faulty screen under warranty so I sent it back to Google who fixed it free without question. It sounds like they will only take the repair if they can charge you for it.

Went in to repair phone (screen) on website state £60. Wrong they don't tell you on website if your phone has marks on scratches on back that will also need replacing and side as well, £60 repair turns into £180+ more then phones worth. Rip-off good network maybe otherwise avoid.
