Waiting times are ridiculous and they forgot I was here so served someone else in front of me . Been here an hour now .Several bank staff standing around directing people to tables why aren't they actually serving people !Only one bank in the city

I was pretty lucky with a 5 minute wait unlike everyone else there waiting an hour. Unfortunately due to virgin having an awful support system the lovely staff aren't able to help much. I was there for an hour in total. Made me pretty mad ngl, it should've only taken a couple minutes. At least it's comfy.

Very helpful customer service when I rang the bank instead of going in. I had to wait in a phone queue, but not for too long. Pleasantly surprised, having read all the negative reviews. Online chat was not helpful, however, as the information I was given was wrong. I am glad I decided to persevere by phoning instead.

We had rather complicated procedures to complete which took almost an hour but Edie guided us through with good advice and patience.A thumbs up for Edie!! (Good coffee too.)

Customer service is disgusting. The bald guy with the glasses at the door is incredibly rude. Not helpful in the slightest and very condescending.

After reading all the reviews I was dreading my first visit to this Branch this morning but it all went very smoothly for me. From arriving in the building to discussing my ISAs with an adviser I was only in for 40 mins and all the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Couldn't fault the whole process so 5 stars from me ?

Fact is they don't want people in this branch and expect everyone to do on line banking. The result is senior citizens queuing up for about an hour, some of whom are clearly infirm. Mr Branson ought to feel ashamed but it won't bother him or his ilk.

Very mixed experiences. On one occasion staff member very helpful and professional. Next time the meet and greet guy , put every obstacle imaginable in my way to actually get to speak to someone. I eventually said I had come in to make a complaint. He asked what the complaint was about , I said your attitude! I got to speak to someone!

Only been in here 2 or 3 times but service has been ok.Banks don?t really want to have contact with customers now and will fob you off and try to send you away to do business on the App or use Online Banking .Don?t see any response to any customer comments either. Just shows how disrespectful they are of their customers. But if you think this Disney land is bad try RBS especially West End Branch ? even worse ??

I have been into virgin money 5 times to try and resolve an issue - the same issue I cannot pay by card over internet. I also phoned help desk. Al in all I have spent approximately 10 hours. To no avail.

Horrendous over phone and long queue times in branch. In branch employees were good. I will be avoiding in the future due to these experiences.

The branch has gone downhill massively since it changed from the Clydesdale. All the experienced staff disappeared and now there are always queues and takes forever to do basic things like make overseas money transfers (still requires paper to be filled out and then re typed on branch systems).I also object to the mass of plastic plants they have installed in the branch. If you?re going to have plants in the branch, make an effort and have real ones FGS. Not more single use plastic.
