The coffee was cold, the place is big but don?t have wifi and also the internet from my phone does not work in this building? my code for discount doesn?t work there. It is not he best coffe Nero in the city. Avoid

Nice place but really surprised there was no WiFi. Mobile signal also really bad so not a place I'll go back to again if I want to do any work.

Quiet enough Caffe Nero. good coffee and no ridiculous sizes. Nice, intimate places to get some work done and loads of plugs for laptops and phonesWheelchair accessibility: Didn't notice any steps at all, though the front door may be a challenge

It is a nice place for a coffee and food, the serving area was noisy which made it difficult for me to hear what was being asked. That said if I am in that area again I would certainly go back again.

Could really really benefit from Wi-Fi? so much for having a coffee while working. The location on Google maps was not accurate either, took quite a while to find the place.

The worst customer experience I have ever received in my life. Woman serving us was so incredibly rude. Tried to go for a nice Sunday morning coffee with my friends and she completely ruined the experience. Will not be back.

Normally this place provides good service and nice environment. Unfortunately on Thursday 20th July things were very different . The two team members had obviously fallen out with eachother and you could cut the atmosphere with a knife. The service was cold and unengaging.

Good coffee and service and nice vibe.Toilet let's it down. Dirty cubicle, discoloured toilet seat and overflowing waste bin. Would avoid the toilet.

Leaving a review for the amazing employee on shift this morning by himself (23/04). Despite the queues of people he kept a smile on his face and was just as quick serving the coffee as if there were two staff on!! :)
