Cleanliness far below my expectations, lamp shades have not been dusted for a long time. I ordered double espresso and it look like dirty water. Staff not approachable at all. Won't be back!

They seem to have 1 person take the order, then make it and serve it to the customer. Instead of 1 on the tills, 1 making coffee etc. I waited 12 minutes in the queue just for my ready made sandwich and water. I pointed this out to the manager and boy did she get defensive? we?re short staffed bla bla. It?s really not difficult to fix?

We arrived with my wife in a wheelchair and, without needing to ask, the whole team could not have done more to make our ordering and seating as easy as possible. The lovely, considerate and caring staff are a credit to this business and to Edinburgh Airport. Thank you!

Very busy Monday morning, 2 staff members doing very little and chatting with a third member of staff for over 10 minutes while a qué of 15 ppl waiting to be severed ! After 20 minute wait had to leave Go to Costa - way better service

The food was really good but the other parts took away from this. The cashier (female, light brown hair) was really rude. To be fair it was quite busy but there was no need for the rudeness especially since they were the one at fault. They added cream to my chocolate milkshake when I didn?t ask for it (it costs an extra 60p). When I pointed this out she was really rude and rolled her eyes.
