The pharmacy function under a new manager is a joke and not funny one. Unable to use their system properly and blame the surgery for their own ubablility. Simple and regular prescription created drama twice there and still not received.Update. Closed suddenly on Monday 18/09 before 5m, no any sign left.

In Edinburgh for a few days when wife fell Unwell. Contacted our own GP practice and asked if it was worth trying to get help from a pharmacist but was told, ?no, a pharmacist could not help?Tried Boots on Wednesday 22nd June when it opened to found the most helpful pharmacist ever. Without his help, kind words and concerns our trip would have been ruined. Need help, pop in as that?s what you?ll get. First class and eternally grateful

I usually like this boots but one of the ladies working there today was horribly rude to me after I brought my prescription in. Could?ve been much kinder in the way she spoke, even though my medicine was out of stock.

This Boots the Chemist, small, well stocked and great choice for lunch at anytime on the go. Previously a bank with interior features still visible. Makes an interesting visit while picking up a prescription. Local to Haymarket, Edinburgh. Friendly staff.
