I returned a faulty battery charger for a hedge trimmer and got a replacement.
I spoke to Nicole, the manager first on the phone and when I got to the store Neal dealt with the issue. Both staff were very helpful and efficient. Well done and thank you.

Pathetic? I bought a one water filter cartridge and I m not aware that it?s not suitable for my jug n customer executive told me that he can not take the return that item but it?s not used how not supposed to take that one returned I said to him give me which suitable for my jug but he say but you can?t retuned that one?. How this it?s possible.

UNBELIEVABLE !!Travelled all the way to this store, to buy an item. It was showing as "In Stock" within the store (also showing the same on website). Paid £200 in the store for this, then spent 20 minutes shopping in Sainsbury (with a view to picking up the item on the way out). When I went over to collect it, the staff couldn't find it anywhere. One of them took my receipt (with the collection point + number on it) and vanished with my receipt, nowhere to be seen again. Thankfully I was offered the option of getting my £200 refunded back on my card. There was no apology, for the fact that I travelled miles to get there. My theory is, that someone accidently handed the item to another customer and they said "Thank you very much".Out of all the years that I have shopped with Argos, i've never seen anything like this.UPDATE SAME DAY - Bought it later in Currys.

I have been purchase Vacuum cleaner including free gift stand £50. They say i have to contact with customer service with that because it?s not available in store. Customer service said I have wrong information from the store and don?t get it.

I went up to argos at craigleith and the lady was very helpful I took the item number up and she put the order through at the till and was allowed to pay cash .lovely polite lady when I explained I could only pay cash to purchase the item x

Shocking customer service the manager 'Rosie' has amongst the worst customer service skills of anyone I have dealt with over the last 30 years. Email about to go to chief executive. I spend thousands with the group yearly and went to refund a £30 should massager I bought which was faulty I said i wanted a refund due to the noice and whistling which is cleralry a fault and when speakingto the manager she wss rude, unhelpful and after seemed to be a techincal expert in 10 seconds ...shocking. Service has gone downhill - please read the review of others manage is shocking. Chief executive aout to be emailled.

I returned an iron two days ago which I had replacement care for. I was given excellent service by Joe who was very helpful polite and helped me choose a new product very easily. The whole process took under 10mins. Under current circumstances in UK the service was impeccable thank you so much.

Manager needs to be replaced I have never seen such poor customer service this man was beyond cheeky will never be back and will be advising my friend relatives and work colleagues to avoid this shop like the plague
