Seriously polite, helpful committed staff. We came down for breakfast early to find breakfast wouldn?t be served until 6:30. But no problem they provided us with take-away meals to keep us going. Service you seldom see these days.

Regular customer here but the restaurant experience is always lacking. Was turned away from ordering food at 16:56 because they don?t take orders till 17:00. It?s a 4-star hotel on paper but small things like this make it a 1-star experience. Such a shame.

The rooms are nice in general. Staff members are friendly and nice as well. The parking space is a bit limited and charged me £5 per day.

"I've been a regular customer of Courtyard by Marriott Aberdeen for years. I usually just have breakfast in the hotel and always enjoy it. However, in the past week, I faced an unusual disappointment as the breakfast was served cold on two separate occasions. This was a surprising departure from the usual standard I've come to expect. Despite this recent hiccup, I've generally appreciated the consistent service of the serving staff, although I did have a less-than-professional experience with a front desk attendant. Overall, the rooms were clean and tidy, and I definitely suggest this hotel for a stay."

Good hotel for the location. If you have to travel through the area, it is next to the airport, but it is not in the city.The staff is friendly, the food is correct in that it is British and the rooms are good.

We had tue most amazing stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. The staff were extremely attentive and very so incredibly polite. Sergio and Aaron were both fantastic, helpful and friendly at the reception. Anastasia was extremely polite and would go out of her way to make sure we and everyone had the most splendid breakfast. The chef cooked fantastic food and thank you to Tanya who was extremely helpful when we had an issue with our booking. Overall a 10/10 stay.Thank you so much

Near airport, handy for North Aberdeen. Clean, modern and staff were great. Food was pretty decent with a pretty basic menu.

I?m a regular visitor to the Marriott Courtyard I have been for years. I regularly request this hotel through the company I work for. Pros: The rooms are modern, spacious and kitted out with more or less everything that you would expect and need during your stay. The staff a very professional and polite. In the restaurant is a good selection of food and drink on offer. The food is probably the best out of all the hotels around the airport area in my opinion having stayed in all of them at one point or another. Cons: The car park is regularly overflowing with vehicles parked/dumped where they shouldn?t be.

I have stayed here twice. My first room was lovely, and definitely 4* the 2nd room was moor like a 3* I kept my shoes on as I didn't want to walk on the carpet. The food on the menu was very overpriced! But nice. The breakfast, however, was definitely worth the money! The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the airport so there is no need to book a taxi. The staff were very helpful and polite 10/10 for the staff!!

Good location with a nice lounge/bar/restaurant area. Friendly staff, clean rooms £5 parking overnight. Easy walk to visit other hotels in the area. Even with the window open heard no aircraft noise Sunday morning. We enjoyed our stay but would take our own pillows next time. Recommended

I?ve stayed here a few times now and the food down In the restaurant of the hotel always has amazing food. They have a ?pasta? of the day on each day and I just so happen to get my favourite arrabbiata. Great food, clean rooms, service is awesome.
