Have been going in here since I was a kid as my parents would often take me. Staff behind the counter have always been patient, friendly and incredibly helpful. You can tell they really care about getting the right outcome for people who don?t know the best options when sending parcels back etc. Went in late last night almost before closing and the gentleman took his time to give me additional advice on sending my stuff back to DVLA for a license renewal. Genuinely, doesn?t matter the time of day, always helpful.

I have been coming here for years and the service is always excellent. The friendly staff are so welcoming and can never do enough to help. A great service at the heart of the community in Stobswell.

One lady sat on the entrance place weard spec and a cloth worn on her head, black hair, she was very very rude behavior. First time i'm experiencing these kind of behavior from a store and from a single person. Who put the bloody lady in the shop, treat customers good way. She was reading quran in arabic language i seen that. Quran never saying like treating people like this way. If you cant manage just go out from there and place there any able person. Worst lady i have ever scene. Stinky lady.

Excellent service. Needed a provisional driving licence form for someone without a passport. They took photo, checked the form and confirmed what additional documentation was required. Packaged it all together and sent it.

There were two lady's in the office , one at the counter and the other for the posting. Both of them rude to me. They had no manners of how to treat their customers. It was my first experience in post office in Scotland which was the worst.

Attempted to return a parcel however there was two bags for one order. Printed two labels and attached each label to try and make it easier. When I got to the counter the lady with dark hair and glasses had stated that I could not return the item unless they were in one bag. I made the lady aware that I did not know and apologized. I had offered to buy a bag however i did not have cash on me, The lady asked me what bank i was with therefore i explained i was with Lloyds, assumed that i could pay by card. The lady then stated " I said it was cash only" in a very aggressive tone. Appeared to be a misunderstanding. I left the store and bought a bag elsewhere , on my return i asked the lady if there was an issue from before as i wanted to apologies if i upset her and she slammed the hatch while collecting my parcel shouting "It is all my fault, its all my fault". I felt in shock at the level of immaturity and unprofessionalism. I am reporting this as i feel that it had an effect on my day and I did not deserve to be spoken to like that. I called the store to speak with the manager to try and resolve this issue and it appeared that she had answered the call, I placed the call on loud speaker for my colleagues to hear as i felt that she was being argumentative with me and she had then said things had happened that were untrue and accused me of blaming her, I never blamed the lady for anything and I feel that i was polite and friendly as I could be. She then persisted to shout "its all my fault and thank you for reminding me that it was all of my fault". I attempted to ask what was her fault and what the issue was however she had spoken over me and ended the call.

Went in today to send a Parcel and was greeted by this old cnt who moaned at me because i hadn't put the parcel together. She then proceeded to passive aggressively put the label on the parcel like it was a major inconveinince. I only just printed the lable out at the library due to not having a printer at home.Maybe if there was tape and cutting facilities at these places I would've done so. Don't get cnty at your customers just because your on your period little girl. Frendly word of advice skittle t1ts.

The people run the place quite friendly, however there?s an older lady with glasses blond hair can be quite snarky and giving misinformations. She claimed only cash top ups for bills in the whole area, well 50m away Premier did by card. Next time I?ll check who?s on shift if I need to use their services.

Normally the staff are quite friendly but this time it was the main lady who I had a problem with. Politely asked a question regarding my parcel, replied with a snarky, cheeky toned comment.

Lately sending a lot of parcels and Alia and Staff are alway Cheery and friendly when I drop round with bundles of packages.I also trust them to give me the right advice on postage matters.

Pretty decent post office. The main lady working there is nice, can?t say the same for the older woman with the attitude. Really not that deep!

There's an older white lady who works there who's own mistake was made out to be my own. I asked for and paid for two 1st class stamps. I walked out and noticed I was handed two 2nd class stamps (no receipt was given) I walked back in to correct the issue and she was saying how I asked for 2nd class when I knew I didn't as I wanted the items to get to their destination quickly. She then made me pay extra as she 'charged me for 2nd class'. I couldn't even argue that she charged me for 1st class because I wasn't given a receipt and the queue started to build up. I honestly just wanted to get out of there as she made me feel stupid and small.

I went to put in an eBay package that was in the letter class that somehow did not meet the size levels (even though if it wasn't an eBay package I could have easily put it in any nearby postbox) the lady at the counter (50-60 white female I think the name at the counter said eleane) was very rude and condescending and when I tried to explain that I could only process through the eBay website she said (well eBay isn't the post office) in a belittling way as a result I am now making a loss on this item and I will be looking at a different post office next time
