“Was Merlin here to peruse the decorations section strange to have so many Christmas decorations up when it wasn't even the end of mid October Halloween selection was ministerial I did see a rubber Christmas poo so not quite sure how I feel about that if it's strange being in a range that has quite a low ceiling compared to the Aberdeen one a little bit claustrophobic but manageable”

“First class service received today by Dunelm in Dundee. I turned up close to closing time and a kind lady assistant managed to quickly sort me out getting the right size curtains for my patio doors....I would never have managed to get the correct size by myself.”

“Very handy if you're on the way south through Dundee heading towards Perth. Toilets, shopping, food etc. Plenty of parking and easy to get back onto main road.”

“Amazing service instore, no hassle no pressure and left me to lie on mattresses as long as I needed. I have physical impairments so this was important. Delivery boys weee magnificent humphing a massive mattress upstairs on a roasting day, and all with a smile on their faces. Thankyou!”

“Was looking for a new living room suite. No t sure of what we wanted. A lovely salesman came over and asked a few questions, pointed using the direction of some we would like. After a while the same person moved the suite around to give us a better idea of it in our space requirements. I was really cheerful and excited to hear his views and helpful advice and information to help us better understand our needs. “It's got quite good quality products but imo it's a bit expensive for a charity shop.....saying that I have to edit my review and say that I saw a beautiful tripod spotlight last week but didn't have any money. The staff were amazing!!! I asked if I could place a deposit on the spotlight but the don't do deposits ?Then I was told that I could put it aside until the following day and pay for if on collection.......I was over the moon. I had wanted a tripod spotlight for about a year. I genuinely couldn't believe my luck. The 2 members of staff were excellent but unfortunately I couldn't get back to the shop the next day to collect it . The price was unbelievable (£20!!!!!!. It's £99.99 brand new) It was in immaculate condition and I know I'll never get such a good deal as that again......but I have to give the shop 5 stars for everything⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐6 STARS IF I COULD!!!!!”

“When visiting this store we were welcomed straight away by derek, who then proceeded to help us and talk us through everything, we ended visiting 3 times and every time he was there and was so patient with us! Unfortunately due to personal reason we couldn’t get the sofa we wanted but that didn’t stop us from leaving without a smile on our faces, derek is such a kind funny and lovely man that even though we were upset he still made us look on the bright side! We will definitely be back in the future!”

The customer service was amazing and the old lady who helped me was just amazing. The shop was not at all crowded when I visited but the shopping centre was super crowded.”
