Visited the Dundee branch today to exchange some filters I purchased. I Priced up my filters online only for the branch to charge more than the website no discount code was used. I asked if the could match the price only to be told no I asked if he could get someone who could mach the price only to be told no again in a very blunt way. He then seid to purchase them on the website for click and collect and wait 30min for my order. Why cause this much hassle for your customers. I also found the staff member to be very blunt and not customer friendly.

Products are good, of course. But the guy at the till in the Dundee physical shop was rude and not helpful. I?ll avoid going there in the future.
