When I went in, it was quiet. A gentleman was in front and unfortunately he had difficulty with a few questions about his parcel and then his card failed. The queue got longer as there was only one cashier. Another one arrived and all were swiftly dealt with. Both staff were very kind and helpful. Regarding wheelchair access, it's a tight squeeze to get in.

Like the fact that PO is in a store. You know it will be open at some point.

Can be very busy as surrounding towns have lost their Post Office counters. Staff whilst under pressure do their best to keep things moving, always found them to be pleasant and friendly. To often customers take out frustration on counter staff for things beyond their control (staff numbers for example), so it's a wonder they remain positive. Ideally more staff are needed and additional counters to cope with demand especially at peak times.

The worst post office ever. Slow, rude and their is always an issue. The staff never smile. WHSmith staff don?t help the matter and make it difficult to enter, complaining constantly about the amount of people queuing down the shop for the post office. A lot of negativity from WHSmith staff and the post office. One star is too much for how depressed I feel coming out of here.

Very, very poor customer service standards in this Post Office.Would recommend you get pre-paid parcel postage labels on line and drop off at PO Depot 4 minutes walk away.It is like a training film on how to squeeze joy out of the simple thing in life.
