When I dropped the car off at 8.30 to get it checked they didn?t even start checking the car until 14.00. Why ask me to dropIt off early for it not to be checked until later afternoon. I was told it would only be a few hours?The quote I was given was ridiculous as I asked other places to give me quotes which was a lot less than what Braidwood Auto was going to charge me. Overall the staff were lovely but im glad I didn?t just take their word for it. I would be careful what you are getting charged.

Went and got my fiesta st remapped and a new exhaust neil was extremely helpful the whole time and answered any questions i had i would 100% recommend him to anyone :)

Broken down late on a sunday tried multiple collectors to no avail but braidwood auto called us back within 5 minutes and had the car towed within 15. Brilliant service. No B.S and very friendly staff. Car was clutch and gearbox flywheel everything beyond repair but car was up and running within 5 days. Impeccable service, will be using this as my local from now on. Staff very well mannered and always trying to help u out.

Great services, very helpful and by giving me a courtesy car ensured i could still get to work. Using the payment scheme also made a big difference. Not many have money to spare at the moment!

I used Braidwood Garage for the first time today, I called them at 8:30 and by 9:00am I'd dropped the car off with them and had been driven back home as part of the service. They kept me updated throughout the day, discussed all work before proceeding and collected me at 4:30pm the same day to drive me back down to get my car. Great service. I will be back just hopefully not too soon.

Amazing work carried out by Neil. On my vxr. Feels like a new car. Highly recommend, the service carried out is very professional and to the highest standard. Will never take my car anywhere else. Thanks again best wee garage about.
