Terrible experience, didn’t even get to the point of having the work done. They spent time to price up the work then sent 2 quotes with wrong information then told me they were prioritising contract work. I’ll never go back to them. Such a pity. I’m not sure how they can spend so much time on admin and still be profitable.

My factors have used this company for many years. They've always been very hit and miss. We now have an absolute scam artist pretending to clean our common stair on behalf of this company.
