From contacting Neilsons to completion of sale was about 7 weeks. Neilsons kept me informed at every stage of where we were in relation to the sale. The staff are all very efficient and also super friendly. The final bill was less than I expected.Strongly recommend them.

Exemplary service and support! Diane was extremely supportive in taking me through the property purchase process in Scotland which I wasn?t familiar with! Neilsons sold and bought properties for us and the service was very impressive at every stage of the process. We were keen to get our property to the market, Neilsons did it in 5 days which was half the time of the nearest competitor. The guidance and advice was professional but was given in a friendly and comforting way. They were very proactive in getting our sale to completion. Likewise the purchase was completed smoothly. Their budget planner was a great way to keep an eye on the figures. I would strongly recommend to anyone.
