Worst pharmacy ever.Their operating model is a shambles. Unacceptable waiting times for prescriptions, fobbed off to return later only to find your prescription is still not ready. Dare you show any disappointment and you get a barrage of abuse from the staff!Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful, unwilling to find a suitable solution for their own mess.Staff immediately go on the defensive however their shitshow is not the customers fault.Absolutely no evidence they're trying to fix the mess they've created (recruit more staff, offer overtime). Opting instead to adopt their default position that the customer is wrong!They don't even open the shop on time, at which point a queue is already forming.Whoever is responsible for the Bonnyrigg shop should be fired!They have a cheek to display a notice that no abuse tolerated yet hand it out in droves!Utter disgraceful pharmacy.

Where to even start with this store...There seems to be a long running theme of a lack of good customer service and a shrug of the shoulders attitude' from at least 2 of the staff, one who I believe is a manager.The reason I put this review is because I booked a flu jab on the online portal back on 12th November 22. This was for an appointment on the 1st of December 22. I had booked the appointment because of a poster in store which was a reminder to book a flu jab.Cut to the 1st of December 22, I arrived in store and was told no flu jab appointments were being fulfilled because they couldn't get a pharmacist to administer the jab.As a result of this, I was actually told by one of the women (I believe she is a manager) to raise a complaint. In addition to this, I asked her why a flu jab poster is up when the store can't even fulfil the jab to which I was told 'oh the district manager deals with that.'Anyway, I raised a complaint with lloyds pharmacy about 3 weeks ago and despite being told a district manager would be in touch, I haven't received a call.All in all, I wouldn't recommend using this store (use the one the next door) as it just feels like a few of the staff don't care. There are wider issues in the company I feel and this is probably hindering the store too but that doesn't excuse the lack of care and competence shown.

If you are due to collect a prescription, make sure you have 3 or 4 hours to kill waiting in a queue. I think the staff are aiming to break some sort of world record for slowest customer service. Its only a shame I can't give them zero stars.

Only one staff member working the counter with a 40 minute wait outside then a further 15 minutes inside to be told after 6 weeks my prescription isn't ready and I'll need to wait longer or return another day. Appalling customer service

This pharmacy has to be the worst for customer service.One member of has is so rude and her manners are shocking the way she speaks to customers.I have heard the way she has spoken to customers many times when I?ve been waiting in the queue.How on earth any manager running this pharmacy always a member of staff to get away with her manners is shocking.About time this pharmacy was investigated in how it?s being managed.

Pretty poor, went to collect a prescription today at 11am. Door locked, opening hours indicated it should be open. No notice on door to state why they're closed. Tried to phone to check but no answer....

Must get either less prescriptions or more staff. I needed one off eye drops and waited in a long queue. Really not sure if you can buy here something, if anyone is willing to wait..

Don't know why but recently either closed or really long queues not just inside but outside. Taking even longer now for prescriptions than previously.

I get a weekly prescription from here over xmas I didn't receive my weekly for 3 weeks I had a fit due to this on the fourth week I got it my son an parent keep going to get it an told it's on te van an now ave been waiting 10 days for last weeks pharmacist said she would do it for Monday last week still waiting this week my doctor not happy vicki A

Waited 30 min to collect my prescription outside in the rain. Later I had to wait 15 mins inside for the workers to find my prescription. This process should take 10 min max. Not the best service.
