Exhausting trying to receive a satisfactory order and delivery. On the phone often, we have to deal with companies like this as they?re a necessary evil because of where we are based. But out of a mediocre bunch, this mob are the worst. Some look they have a good experience, quality of meat is pretty good, but need to get their house in order. Can?t see how they can get it so wrong, so frequently

Fantastic customer service from the start had to leave a message but was called back within 20 minutes ordered meat and produce pack cam on tuesday the 31st produce pack was fresh and tasty looking packed neatly nothing bruised or squashed and the meat pack was rhe same all chilled and packed great no complaints,will be ordering again from them

Very unreliable, bad customer service and more expensive than others. Not worth the hassle! You?ll spend more time on the phone following up problems than actually cooking and selling food. Nightmare company!
