We ordered tonight from Alloa Store using the App, which took 3 attempts and a phone call to place the order. We also chose a selected time slot for delivery, however the order arrived 30mins after this time and was stone cold, not surprising when it sat in 'quality check' for over 20mins. One of the pizzas wasn't even cut! All of the above is more than disappointing considering the extortionate prices charged. The only good thing about our experience tonight was the pleasant driver.

Currently in that ?What day is it?? phase of Tweenmas, where no one can actually be bothered doing anything or going anywhere. Thank god for takeaways. I do love a wee Domino?s, even though it?s stupidly expensive for what it is. Still, this 100% hit the spot! American Hot and Hot and Spicy were the pizza choices this evening, and also tried their fries, which weren?t KFC terrible, but also weren?t exceptional. That Garlic n Herb dip, though ????

Dominos AlloaFriendly and Helpful Staffs, Freshly made pizza as expected, located in the town centre across Screwfix store, 2 seater bench available in the waiting area, Very small counter area, covered by CCTV, 3 checkouts however usually 2 operational, Parking right outside the store.

It's a domino's pizza. ? you get what you expect. It's fine for what it is we collected this time, food was ready when we were told it would be, staff were friendly enough, food was hot. There is a large parking area out front so it's easy enough to park thete while waiting to collect your order.

Got jalapenos instead of black olives on my pizza... not happy because i also had gherkins on the pizza so they were easily disguised! I accidentally managed to chew 3 bits and my mouth was burning.

This place is a disgrace! I made an order, told them I had COVID so can you leave it outside my door. The driver gets to my buzzer, I let him in and then he starts shouting up the stairs that it's been left down stairs. I'm shouting to him I'm at the top floor. I then check down the stairs and there's no food. He just drives away and has the cheek to say to his employers that he left it outside my door! I'll never be eating at dominos ever again!

Ordered a £36 meal for me and my son on a Saturday night. Regularly use this dominos and have had a couple complaints previously but nothing like this. We collected it 20mins after ordering (the app said 9-14mins but they?re always a little later), we then stood inside for 20mins, (while they made and cooked it), to then be handed the wrong food, the correct food was on the labels so we never known until we got home and sat down to eat it. I called them up and they offered to send out another order, 45mins since the call, it still isn?t here (I live 2min walk or drive away from dominos). Will never be back to this dominos, could?ve went to either the other 3 nearby about 10-15mins away and been fed hours ago now. Avoid at all costs
