“If I could give a million stars, I would. I had an issue with a product and subsequent issue with the manufacturer where they were unable/unwilling to provide me with a replacement product. This was purchased at Smyths so as a last ditch attempt before having to spend an addition £400 I went in to speak to staff to see if they could offer assistance and they went above and beyond, reached out to manufacturer and other Smyths stores until they were finally able to get a replacement product keeping me up to date the whole time.A special thanks to Trevor & Fiona.”

“My partner and myself went this morning and hands down is the best experience for birthday shopping. booked in for the savings club to come in before open. I found this made things 10x more easier and felt so much more relaxed than when I did the Christmas savings last year. this was so we didn't hold up the queue or anything. staff was amazing. Normally my partner is dreading shopping but he loved the whole place and asked when we are going back to do more.
