“I picked up a screw in my tyre, I phoned to see if I could get it sorted as soon as I got there, I was advised of the price of the repair, and the possible wait before I got there, as they would fit me in as soon as they could, as they were really busy, once there the receptionist was fantastic, and I didn't wait too long”
