My car was recovered from an accident and ended up in this place for three months. For three months, communication was awful and I had no idea what was happening. Every time I managed to get to speak to someone at the garage, they told me different things. My insurance company tried to get through to them several times without success.When I finally managed to get confirmation that the required work had been done, they asked me to come through to Aberdeen and collect the car. I refused to do this, as I have no way of getting to Altens, so eventually they relented and had someone bring the car to me in Inverurie. As they should. And three months is a helluva long time to take to just replace a bumper!

Very happy with my full Respray it looks amazing! The staff at the garage are very friendly always willing to help in any way they can. I would definitely recommend this paint shop if you want a decent hassle free paint job and at a very reasonable price too!

Small accident led to some obvious scratches on the bumper of my car & a broken tail light. Contacted The Underground Garage and was delighted with their friendly service. Held up due to Covid, however once lockdown was lifted they were extremely quick getting my car booked in. Excellent service, car looks brand new, cannot fault the work carried out. Nice friendly welcome upon arriving to collect car and was done within the timeframe advised. I also think its great cars are offered to those in need when your car is having work carried out - not many other garages offer this service. Any issues going forward with my cars, I will be back to The Underground Garage asking for their help!

Thank you very much to Bogdan and all the team for their help. They provided a very efficient service and left my car in better shape than ever. They left it very clean. They communicated really well and kept me up to date with the progress of my car which was really helpful.
