I?m appalled by Amanda the manger of this store she has no consideration for my autistic son who was stimming and she said under her breath for him to shut up I hope she gets sacked as this is unacceptable

I am a regular customer and each time I have been there,there has been a member of staff called Amanda.she has been very rude and threatening towards staff.she has had a bad attitude towards myself and other customers.she was also very nasty towards my autistic nephew.she told him to shut up while he was stimming.disgusting.never again.

Check your receipts.This store has gone downhill rapidly in recent months. It used to be okay when they had decent staff, but recently there have been major inconsistencies between the price marked on the shelf and what you actually get charged when it's rung through the till. Often it's an item marked as special offer, but turns out to be full price when they scan it through the till. We're talking differences of up to £1 or more depending on the item.I'm not sure if it's just a bad system, understaffed, or someone not doing their job, but I pointed out a pricing error to a staff member (yet again) the other day. When I went back in a couple of days later and tried to buy the same item again, the price on the shelf still hadn't been adjusted, and I went through the same rigmarole all over again at the till. So it's starting to look like the staff really don't care.I've had to get used to always checking my receipt every time I shop there now, as nearly every time there is an issue.To be fair, staff always refund the difference and never argue over it, but at times like these when people are struggling to make ends meet, to do nothing when the error has already been pointed out, simply isn't good enough.I've been a regular customer there for 4 years, but it's got to the point where it's put me off going back.Sort your act out Spar.
