Bought some furniture; sofa and chair and a table. Great quality like new, and at probably 10% of new price. £25 delivery price was very reasonable. Informed of delivery next day after purchase, and delivered a couple of days later at the time promised. The guys new what they were doing, no problems with installing the furniture, took no time at all hardly. Very pleased all round.

My favourite charity shop to visit! I always leave with something in my hands. Such a great variety and vast amount of items available in the store. Their furniture is always very reasonably priced and in great condition. They have a good selection of clothing items that have always been at a good standard. All electrical items have been tested and work superbly. The staff are super nice and always helpful with any queries.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from here, arranged a week ago to have furniture delivered today, told between 1 and 4pm call them at 3,45 and am told there running late as there only one van working but will be delivered b4 they finish at 4,30 then call them at 4,25 to say no one been ,guy tells me he will check as he see my delivery ,he calls me back ten minutes later and tells me they tried delivering but no answer , I was in house buzzer working and no-one buzzed me, they also have my phone number no call ?? guy tells me I can organise re delivery for next week or cancel order and be refunded,I'm sorry that is not exceptable customer service , I am absolutely disgusted at this obviously it was betr for them .

It's a charity shop and a big one at that. There are 1950's wardrobes and cut glass nick-nacks. There are toys and books. It's got a lot of stuff, but to know if you want a sideboard or corner sofa, you need to go and mooch around.

Very large charity shop with massive amounts of reasonably priced home furniture. Rooms of bric-a-brac, books, CDs & DVDs, Clothing and Kids Toys etc. The car park has about 100 spaces including the overflow area.

Disappointed to see that along with many other charity shops they have increased their prices to be out of the reach of people on low wages and benefits. Surely these places were for helping people and all the items are donated so no need for upping the prices.
