I?m absolutely disgusted,every Thursday I go to Semi Chem at Mastrick,went in today got somethings got served only to be approached by a member of staff and got told I was banned, I?m a mum & 54yrs old and never stolen anything in my life,she showed me to the door and I asked what this was about and she told me I had held the door open for someone who was shop lifting and she kept telling me to leave the shop,I left the shop to come home and I was so mad my temper took over me not just for getting banned but for the humiliation as they?re was people in the shop and she could have taken me aside and said?I got home called up Semi Chem and I told the lass we would get the police involved as I wasn?t getting accused of holding the door open for a thief,twice I mentioned I wanted the police involved and she said ?oh they?re is no need for the police ? well I thought to myself I?ve bn slandered as someone helping a thief,it?s just odd why She didn?t want the police involved and this incident seemingly happened a few months ago,but She then told me I can still get bk in to the shop as it?s maybe a mistake,? I asked her if I could see the CCTV? And she said she was going to look threw it again,I called my solicitor and we are taking this matter further,I?m not getting accused of something I haven?t been involved with or done, and I?ll be calling head office tomorrow morning to let them know also,So embarrassing and humiliating to say the least

Omg.i love semi-chem....the offers are amazing on perfumes for men and women....Then you have the biscuits, crisps,chocolates,sweets,They have everything...Staff are amazing...Beware there are sometimes busy periods...
