Had a good enough experience shopping for a few items until I got to the checkout, after that my experience went downhill, tried speaking to the checkout assistance and just got a stoney stare. Carried on packing my groceries and not a word was spocken, I said " thank you" when paying for my goods and absolutely no response again, decided to leave it thinking the assistant was having a bad day. This is not the first time I've experienced this at the Garthdee store and at the Berryden store. Might be an idea for some of the assistants to attend a Customers Training course in dealing with the Public.

Very rude staff member overseeing the checkouts. Real attitude issue. Shouldn?t be working there with the way she speaks to customers.

The staff are amazing, the food is fantastic has me eating when I cannot, the pricing is always reasonable, the delivery service is outstanding, like a little friend visiting always helpful and friendly. They listen to their customers and are always willing to help in every way possible.

It's actually really annoying.They close early ALL the time.On this night, the 31/03/2022. They closed at 22:50.Their website and Google maps, say that they are open until 23:00.I questioned the staff member. And the guy said that they need ten minutes to close up.So why not work until 23:10 then?'IF' it took an hour to close up, would you still say you was open until 23:00. But actually close at 22:00?The staff members name, who reluctantly told me his name, (as he wasn't wearing a name tag), was stated as 'Claudio'.- - - - - - - - - - - -(01/04/2022)They've closed early again...The same time. 22:50.And I never knew that the Sainsbury's uniform, had changed to army camouflage.

Been many times there is one elderly women that always makes you visit hassle. There is no choice of seats and no meals nowadays

I was having great difficulty getting my fuel cap off and after giving up trying to get help at Asda I drove off their forecourt and into Sainsburrys where I fixed the problem but then as it was my first time fueling there I couldn?t figure out why the pump wasn?t working and a lovely helpful gentleman spoke over the tannoy to explain what was happening. Thank you for being helpful and understanding!

Not the best car wash or cheapest petrol, but staff are great and with less queueing than ASDA. Worth it.

asked for a pizza to be made up . came back 5 mins later to be told its nearly ready . i never asked for it to be cooked . asked for another one to be made up to cook at home and was ill for 2 days . get them all the time in nairn and they smell fresh and are tasty but this one smelt strange but took the risk and ate it .. big mistake .. scum bag had a creepy smile as he handed it over ! was the afternoon of the 24th of august if management might actually care .

Cheaper than neighbouring Asda petrol station and also offers free air and water.
Thanks Sainsburys.
The only draw back is the double speed bump on the way into the Sainsburys carpark.
