Great post office with helpful and patient staff who are knowledgeable about a wide range of services. I felt so fortunate to be able to talk to them, get advice, and handle the different scope of matters there from time to time. This is especially important because of the non-stop and very busy nature of the place, with constant long queues of people being cheerfully served by the ladies manning the counter in the early evening. They appear to be very cooperative working with one another even as they?re attentive to customers.There?s also a self-serve Photo Booth there for taking passport photos (both digital and print) which is incredibly useful.

Customer services lacking! There are a few ladies working here and a man. The ladies are fine to deal with, but the attitude of the man is terrible. He behaves like he really hates his job... if that's the case he would be better off quitting and doing something else!

The Most Convenient post office in Aberdeen! They have almost all services a post office can offer. Staff are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable - always happy to help and advise.

Dreadful customer service. Miserable, abrasive staff. Closing time states 6PM but they lock the door much earlier and refuse entry.

The staff that have previously served me have been helpful and patient. Support the service by being friendly and talking to the staff at berryden post office with manners and respect. It's a little post office and there is usually a lengthy queue. Support the post office by being considerate, patient , and Polite. Thanks for always dealing with my enquiries swiftly. ?????

I came in to collect a parcel at 17:44 and the door was locked with a queue of 7 people inside. The guy didn't let anyone it, there were at least 3 other customers who were turned around.This branch always seems full, dirty, and poor management is most likely responsible for this horrible service. It is unacceptable to close a public service early, just because the employees want to be out the door at 6. No other reputable company ever closes early just so they get out in time, especially when people depend on their trade.I wish I would be able to avoid using their services and to get compensation for my wasted time.

I have visited the post office today to use my electricity scheme support what is provided by the government. The lady challenged my national photo ID card as a proof she didn't want to accept. She didn't listen me and my concerns she held her head between her hands and with totally red head talked with me in a really overwhelmed arrogant way. Serious lack of customer service! I went to an other post office and like always before they solved it without problem.

It's a busy post office so queues to be expected, but they simply don't have enough staff for the demand and advertise services they don't have the capacity to provide. I appreciate that the staff are busy and working hard, but if they are unable to offer services they claim to offer e.g. parcel drops, they need to put up notices so that customers aren't wasting half an hour in a long queue before being turned away in frustration.

Visited the post office at berryden today to find myself having to queue which I didn't mind. When I eventually got to the till to renew my licence I was abruptly told they don't do it on a bank holiday! There were no signs in the window or doors stating so and therefore left me in a massive predicament. I left after feeling like I have been spoken to quite rudely as they were under pressure with the queues. I don't use the post office often and I definitely won't be back to berryden after today. The staff used to be lovely but didn't recognise the 2 people serving today.I left and attended another post office in Aberdeen who were very helpful and was able to provide the service I needed without any hesitation.
