Very, very overpriced for a charity shop.A watch was £100!I got a very similar watch in Cancer Research for a £5!Old, sample sized perfumes priced between £5-£10!Absolutely ridiculous prices in here.Sorry I love animals but why so ridiculously expensive and overpriced in here?

Adults don't need help when they are rummaging through a charity shop. So please stop asking this question. It's obvious what your getting at and it is negative customer profiling. Do they think their customers shop there because their unemployed or can't afford other shops? The suspicious looks sometimes is very strange and the staff are paranoid when you have a good rake. It's a charity shop folks!! Chill out.

Gear and staff best in Aberdeen hands down, not sure where the low reviews come from tbh.Pros- excellent floor layout split into designer items, mens, women's, fitness and bits n bobs- great social media platform on Instagram- always some really cool stuff for sale to wear and/or resell- the shoes here are actually pretty sick, not something I can say for many places!- the staff are sick in comparison to some reviews, chat is ace, they take an interest into what you want from your shop and who you are, understandably a stressful environment for them but I've always had myself prioritised when I make an effort to say helloCons- purely from a resale and bargain perspective - pricey. PDSA are one of the first charity shops in Aberdeen to gear towards a modern younger audience and I appreciate that. Business wise I think PDSA are very forward thinking and smart in branding

I frequent this charity shop alot as I support the PDSA but everytime some of the staff are quite rude, I donated stuff the other week (2 large bags of good quality stuff that I could have sold but decided to donate instead). I went in and said I had a donation and the woman at the counter just pointed and said "over there"...no thanks for the donation. Hence we won't be donating there again. Some of these volunteers need to get over themselves

Went in and donated a bunch of things today and the staff were just really rude, we have had problems with the staff being rude before and have submitted complaints. If you want to feel more comfortable and welcome do not go to this particular charity shop.

Went in the the shop today, never been made to feel so unwelcome in a shop the older lady on the shop floor made it very obvious she was watching me and at one point spoke to her colleague and said keep a eye on her...bloody disgraceful you can imagine i left very quickly, terrible way to treat a member of the public!!
