If I could give zero star I would. The most incompetent company I've dealt with. Still no sofa been delivered. Was due 2 weeks ago they rearranged to today, still no delivery. Multiple emails today saying different things about delivery, no one knows what's going on. Rebooked for 28th, not holding out much hope. UPDATE. They arrived on the third arranged date and it was a modular sofa in 3 bits, one part came in the wrong colour. Took 4 delivery dates for me to get the full sofa

Staff in the Aberdeen branch were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and made sure we were completely happy with what we were getting. Our new sofa is amazing quality and was delivered on the day we chose. Really friendly delivery drivers and extra thanks to Graham in store for sorting out two very picky customers!

Bought bed and mattress on 22th may and asked for delivery in August due to moving house, so the bed and mattress could be delivered to new property. On 8th of August - day before delivery received a call that shipping is delayed till 4th of October at least. Paid money straight away back in May and didn't get bed on delivery time (over 3 months gap!!). Now need to sleep on airbed for at least two months. At least 5 months delivery time since order placed.*Reviewed*Received my bed and mattress today, finally it did take longer but quality is outstanding, unbelievable comfortable and very professional team that build it inside a bedroom. Changing 4 of 5 starts due to the delay.Btw team at Oak furniture land in Aberdeen is great, very kind and helpful. Regards

We ordered our furniture in June, knowing we were moving into the house in August. We scheduled to move in 11 Aug as we were told we would have the furniture 10 Aug. A day before, they said they had to delay two weeks, and would be delivered 24 Aug. So we have been sleeping on the floor for two weeks, anxiously awaiting our furniture. The MORNING of the 24 of Aug, they texted that there would be another 15 day delay. I called and no one was able to do anything to help. It's now Sep for some of our furniture, and OCTOBER for the rest of it. So they say. At this point, I have no hope of ever seeing any of it. We are still sleeping on the floor.

I didn't order anything. My neighbours upstairs did and OaFLand, as I've renamed them, chose to deliver the items to the top floor of a block of flats at 6am. They were so loud they woke the whole block up, damaged paintwork within the communal areas, threw cardboard boxes down 6 flights of stairs and were VERY VERY rude when I asked them to break down their cardboard boxes instead of ramming them fully assembled back through the front door, scraping off the paintwork. If you're so much of a clone that you need furniture the same as everyone else, organise your own delivery!

Ordered over 10 separate items to be delivered and the drivers only showed up with 7 items. The driver said this happens all the time, and they won?t tell you as you will refuse delivery. I got a table and a bench with no legs and was also missing a unit. Since then I?ve been told it will be delivered on 1/7/22 between 1-4pm. I?m currently still waiting and having to now call customer service tomorrow to go through all this again. It?s a shame because the quality of their stuff is good but let don?t with very poor communication and failure to deliver on product.

If you actually want furniture...steer well ckear!!Ordered over £5k worth if furniture for our new home, with a view to ordering more once we were settled.We are approaching our 3rd delivery date and we still don't actually have any furniture!Any company that can send 2 left hand sides for a sofa, arrange a "special" delivery and then text on delivery day to say that that delivery is now cancelled and basically treat their customers like dirt shouldn't be allowed to trade.Also told that if you refuse a delivery you can be looking at months before you get your refund because items have to go back onto stock and they have a huge backlog!UPDATE...guess what...they only shipped left hand sides again! Order cancelled!! Will NEVER use them again

If i could give star rating it would be 0. The company is absolutly shocking. My mum is 71 and when her corner sofa came one of the chairs was charcol black and the rest were light grey what she ordered. The guys who delivered her sofa didnt even notice and said the chair had her name on it and it did. She paid £100 for delivery, the men had no clue how to put it together. Now they emailed saying the right hand chair will be delivered on the 7th june. My mum phoned and she didnt even know the chair was charcol as there were no pictures. She argued with my mum saying it is the right one you need when its not its the left. So my mum is so tired and said fine but if its not the correct one then you will be getting it back. She has already waited 5 weeks for the correct colour chair. Avoid this place like the plaque.

Absolute shower of @#$#. Service in store was fantastic but delivery and following through on order was at best pathetic. 3 and a half hours on phone to customer service not helpful in anyway. As a company they should be ashamed of this part of the service. If I could I would rate as a zero star.

Ordered 4 chairs in December 2021. Got delivery today 23rd March of the seat pads only. The other 'parts' as in the legs and back which you kind of need to make a functioning chair will be delivered at a later date. Wondering where I shall put my seat pads...on the floor? Absolute joke. Won't be back. Waited 3 months for seat pads when I've paid over 400 for 4 chairs. Delivery guys were nice though.

Thank you to the two men who delivered modular my sofa today. Both were very helpful, efficient and friendly. The sofa was delivered on time on the day as promised. Great service.

That place is a joke!!! Ordered bed with mattrass and bed side drawers 4month ago and after 4 months waiting 10 minutes before delivery i received phone call from the driver sayin there is bits missing in his order so he can only deliver bed frame and rest 2 days later... 2 days later im receving msg saying bed side drawers will be delivered today but mattress next week what an absolute joke this place is will never order anything in that shop again !!!! Unproffesional firm
