I would stay away from NEP. They sold me a dead Nvidia 6600 graphics card years ago (2004). When I took it back they said it was likely a driver issue in my naievty at the time I belived them, but it was definitely a dead graphic card. Ended up leaving it as too much time passed, but I have avoided it since.Edit in response from NEP:If you cant see why I put a bad review based on my experience then that is indicative of the same culture that existed back then.Can you not see the logic here?I'll list it for you:1. It is still the same business. As far as Im aware not under new ownership or management.2. Just because it was long ago, it doesn't make it right.3. Why are you emotively defensive if the criticism isnt aimed at you personally, since as you say there is new staff. Im not commenting on current staff or any one person; im commenting on your business practice and culture.4. Although long ago, it was still £160 you robbed from me.5. If Google reviews were around back then, i would have been more prompt with my review.

Fantastic pc shop for all your needs, I needed a new PSU and these guys were extremely helpful and informative. Also prices are really good. I come here from Dundee as in Dundee no pc/repair shop wants to help unless you're paying them for parts and labour (no thanks) but these guys have everything you need for a pc and they'll happily sell you parts as well as repair/fix. Highly recommend 5/5

I don't visit them often but every time I do it's positive and more important honest experience. I used to use them for things like mouse, keyboards, headphones etc. 3 years ago bought a PC which they didn't try to oversell, got exactly what I needed and got some RAM this month which I had some issues with but got it sorted quickly with over e-mail help from Dave. Seen some review from a guy who was complaining about £60 for thermal paste change and staff was apparently rude to him? Judging by his comment he was most likely classic "Karen", I'd throw him away myself with a kick to the butt. If you don't know what a business is and how it works, don't open your mouth (or type on the keyboard)

I was scammed by this company and I would never advise anyone to go to them. They were supposed to recover my lost documents but nothing was done instead they pretended that they tried to do the work which I know they never did. But they asked me to pay them for not doing anything. This is evil ? and no one should be allowed to steal from others especially during these tough times. These people are thieves and should be locked up.

Came to change thermal paste , asked for quote they said 60 quid - dude at counter got mad when I let out a giggle and started a fuss about how people charge for their time - congrats on being a scam! Don't go here !Reply - just did it myself took a solid 10 minutes glad to see they are paying you well at 5.5£ a minute - there was no need to be rude to me in store, have a nice day :)

First class experience with Chris and the Team at NEP,took my laptop in for repair,communication between the parties was prompt and detailed.Recommended new drive, installed quickly and like new laptop back in two days,thoroughly Recommend.

Probably one of the worst places to buy a pc. My pc from here has had problems since day one due to the terrible cable management these guys did. The cable management is so bad that cables have been crushed against each other and broken. Also when I received my pc it only had one very cheap fan and overheated so had to go and get more. Would not recommend ever buying from this shop.

I've used them before for repairs and they were brilliant. This time for a custom built gaming PC and I'm very happy. They really know their stuff and will work with you to get you the best kit for the spec you want, and it won't break the bank. You won't get a better service anywhere in Aberdeen.

Lovely old warm building that hosts a lot of activities. yoga. knitting and various other activities very good place also there is a communication and assistance center for refugees from Ukraine
