Visited 12th September and was very disappointed that I could not renew my Monthly Saver in branch, now it has to be done online, which is not how I like to do my banking. I prefer to deal with a person not a computer. The staff are excellent and I hope this policy can be reviewed.

Condescending and rude staff, particularly Julie who seems to think doing her job and interacting with the public are beneath her. How dare a customer attempt to pay money in and try to open a savings account.
Sadly the Customer Service Manager doesnâ??t see a problem with her behaviour, apparently the customer should use self service as thatâ??s why they have interest rates.
Advice; train your staff better, stop thinking yourselves better than the customer base and have your customer service manager actually apologise and give a damn about his job, perhaps also washing his suit, apathy and stained unwashed clothing does not a professional image make.
