Not impressed. Booked for an appointment to get my ear syringed, but as it turned out my ear was not blocked with wax. I still had to pay 50 pounds. Was prescribed and given antibiotics. But after no improvement I went to my GP. Antibiotics were unnecessary and I stopped taking them. Total waste of an 80 mile round trip, 50 pounds and half a course of antibiotics. GP thought the charge and recommendations were inappropriate.

Was very impressed with the service I received yesterday. After being turned away from my GP I was met with kindness and care when I went into Bucksburn Pharmacy and got the treatment I needed within minutes. Thank you again to the kind Prescribing Pharmacist who helped me!

Hi one time I came in on 2 occasions I came in for items but was met with bad attitude from your staff yes i understand sometime the item not available but it was the way it was handled..Had an awesome experience today
